摘要: An interactive voice recognition electronic device converts a received voice signal to a text, and searches a voice databases to find a matched voice text of the converted text. The matched voice text is taken as a recognized voice text of the voice signal if the matched voice text exists in the voice database. The electronic device obtains a predetermined number of similar voice texts if no matched voice text exists in the voice database. The electronic device converts the predetermined number of similar voice texts to the voice signals, outputs the converted voice signals in turn, and selects one of the similar voice texts as the recognized voice text according to the selection of the user. The electronic device obtains the associated answer text of the recognized voice text in the voice database and converts the answer text to voice signals.

摘要: A system and a method of detecting abnormal or security-significant segments of a video are provided. The video is divided into several segments. A set of features of each segment of the video is extracted in order to calculate a set of factors corresponding to each segment. A value deemed abnormal of each segment is calculated according to the set of factors corresponding to each segment. One or more abnormal segments are determined from the segments based on the abnormal values. The set of features includes a color variable feature, a movement variable feature, a movement variable ratio feature and a background variable feature.

摘要: A driving circuit for driving an LCD includes a common electrode, a number of pixel electrodes, a peripheral circuit, and a processing unit including a first input/output (I/O) port, a second I/O port; and a number of third I/O ports. The first I/O port and the second I/O ports are connected to the common electrode via the peripheral circuit, and each third I/O port is connected to a different pixel electrode. The processing unit controls the first I/O port, the second I/O port, and the third I/O ports to output a first or second voltage according to a display signal, thus the pixel electrodes are at the first or the second voltage accordingly, the common electrode is at a voltage in a range between the second voltage and the first voltage in receiving the voltage output by the peripheral circuit, thus driving the LCD to display an image.

摘要: A positioning machine includes a base, a support portion mounted on the base for supporting a workpiece and a first positioning mechanism received in the recessed portion. The base defines a recessed portion. Two sidewalls of the recessed portion respectively define a pair of first tracks. The first positioning mechanism includes a first motor, a first coupler, a first positioning block, a first screw rod, and a first nut movably mounted over the first screw rod and fixed to a low surface of the support portion. The first coupler is forced by the first motor to drive the first screw rod to rotate to drive the first nut to move along the first screw rod, causing the support portion to be moved along the first tracks, and the workpiece to be moved in a predetermined position relative to the base.

摘要: A distributed data management method implemented by a cloud computing device, the cloud computing device is in communication with a plurality of client devices through a network. Basic information of various data of the client devices are received and stored by the cloud computing device through the network. Whether a first client device is authorized to access a target data is verified, when the first client device requests access to the target data through the cloud computing device. The target data is acquired from a second client device according to the basic information of the target data, and the acquired data is transmitted to the first client device through the network, upon the condition that the first client device is authorized to access the target data.

摘要: An electronic device with time update function includes a radio module, a clock module, an audio input port, a storage module, and a processing module. The radio module receives and outputs audible signals from the broadcasts of a broadcasting station. The audio input port receives audible sound generated by the radio module, and the clock module provides a source of real time. The processing module determines whether the signals received by the audio input port include current time information, and if so whether the system time is consistent with the current time information. The processing module updates the stored initial time with the current time information and adjusts the system time as necessary. A time update method is also provided.

摘要: A touch method is applied in a touch device. The touch device includes a display unit, first infrared receivers, first infrared emitters, second infrared receivers, second infrared emitters, a storage unit, and motors. The first infrared receivers and the first infrared emitters are arranged on a first side of the display unit, and the second infrared receivers and the second infrared emitters are arranged on a second side of the display unit. The storage unit stores a table recording a relationship between identification and set of coordinates of the infrared receivers. The method includes: controlling motors to drive infrared emitters and infrared receivers to rotate; determining whether electrical signals comprising the identification of one first infrared receiver and one second infrared receiver are simultaneously received; if yes, determining the set of coordinates of the touch spot; determining an icon and determining the corresponding function corresponding to the touch spot.

摘要: The disclosure provides a process whereby an image processing device may isolate an outline of an object from an image, and a method adapted for the image processing device. When the image processing device 1 defines a pixel point as a boundary point of an object, the image processing device 1 continues to search for an adjacent boundary point. When the image processing device 1 defines a pixel point as a non-boundary point of the image, the image processing device 1 continues to search for a boundary point from predetermined pixel points until all boundary points have been found unless it is determined that the image does not include an object.

摘要: The disclosure provides a capturing apparatus and a capturing method for the capturing apparatus. The method includes steps: controlling the capturing unit to capture an image; performing an image processing function in relation to the captured image to obtain pixels of the captured image; comparing the pixels of the captured image with the pixels of the pre-stored standard images and determining whether a percentage of the pixels of the image is similar to the pixels of one of the standard images. If the percentage of the pixels of the image reaches a threshold of similarity to the pixels of one standard image, acquiring the parameters associated with the standard image; and controlling the capturing unit to capture subsequent images according to the parameters associated with the standard image.
