摘要: A manufacturing method for an antibacterial fiber includes the following steps. A dipping step is performed to soak a conductive fiber in a solution, in which the solution includes an ionic compound, and the ionic compound includes a metal cation. An oxidation step is performed by using the conductive fiber as an anode, such that an antibacterial material produced by the solution is adhered to a surface of the conductive fiber, in which the antibacterial material includes a metal oxide.

摘要: Carbon fiber and method of forming the same are provided. The method modifies proportion of a finishing oil to control a relation between a surface tension and a particle size of the finishing oil, and thus penetration of the finishing oil into an interior of the carbon fiber is avoided. Therefore, the carbon fiber can have both low oil residues and a high strength.

摘要: A cast film, for use in monolayer and multilayer applications, having an outstanding inherent cling property is disclosed. Additionally, a multilayer cast film utilizing a cast film component layer prepared from a Ziegler-Natta catalyzed ethylene and alpha-olefin copolymer is disclosed, wherein the cast film component layer has a cling force of at least 200 grams-force per inch width at 200% pre-stretch, a slow puncture resistance of greater than 50 J/mm, and a TD tear strength of greater than 450 g/mil, with no cling additives present in the cast film component layer.

摘要: Disclosed are support-activators and catalyst compositions comprising the support-activators for polymerizing olefins in which the support-activator includes clay heteroadduct, prepare from a colloidal phyllosilicate such as a colloidal smectite clay, which is chemically-modified with a heterocoagulation agent. By limiting the amount of heterocoagulation reagent relative to the colloidal smectite clay as described herein, the smectite heteroadduct support-activator is a porous and amorphous solid which can be readily isolated from the resulting slurry by a conventional filtration process, and which can activate metallocenes and related catalysts toward olefin polymerization. Related compositions and processes are disclosed.

摘要: The present invention relates to silicon-based powders and a method for producing the silicon-based powders. The method for producing the silicon-based powders includes a hydrolysis step of a silicon precursor having an alkoxy group, a condensation step and a drying step. By a specific weight ratio of water to the silicon precursor having the alkoxy group and a silicon precursor having a secondary amino group and an alkyl group, in the method for producing the silicon-based powders, the condensation step can be performed without organic solvents, and a modification on silicon-based gels can be performed to enhance a safety of processes and a hydrophobicity of the resulted silicon-based powders, and decrease a thermal conductivity and a bulk density of the resulted silicon-based powders.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic composition, a thermoplastic composite, and a method for producing the thermoplastic composite. In the method for producing the thermoplastic composite, a polymer, an acid-modified lignin with a specific element content and a compatibilizer with a specific melt flow index and a specific maleic anhydride content are used to produce the thermoplastic composite. Hydroxy groups of the acid-modified lignin react with maleic anhydride groups of the compatibilizer to generate ester bonds via an in-situ reaction catalyzed by acidic groups of the acid-modified lignin to enhance compatibility between the polymer and the lignin, thereby increasing a mechanical strength of the resulted thermoplastic composite.

摘要: The present invention relates to a solid Ziegler-Natta catalyst component for olefin polymerization containing an organosilicon element in combination with one or more internal electron donors. The catalyst components, according to the present invention, are able to produce polypropylene polymers with higher stereo-regularity. 摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a carbon fiber. In the method for producing the carbon fiber, a high pure acrylonitrile monomer with specific contents of impurities and a comonomer are used to produce an acrylonitrile copolymer, and the acrylonitrile copolymer is subjected to a spinning operation, a stretching operation, an oxidation treatment and a carbonization treatment in sequence, for obtaining the carbon fiber. The acrylonitrile copolymer with an appropriate falling-ball viscosity and an appropriate weight-average molecular weight is beneficial to the spinning operation, thereby reducing an inner pore diameter and enhancing strength of the resulted carbon fiber.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for processing a carbon fiber bundle, which can adjust bundling property, winding property and wear resistance of sizing fibers. The method includes following steps: (i) coating a sizing agent on at least one carbon fiber bundle, in which the sizing agent includes a thermoplastic resin; (ii) drying the carbon fiber bundle by hot air; and (iii) heating the carbon fiber bundle by an infrared light, in which a heating temperature of the heating is equal to or higher than a melting point of the thermoplastic resin.
