摘要: The present invention relates to a solid Ziegler-Natta catalyst component for olefin polymerization containing an organosilicon element in combination with one or more internal electron donors. The catalyst components, according to the present invention, are able to produce polypropylene polymers with higher stereo-regularity. The present invention also provides a phthalate-free catalyst system capable of producing polypropylene with an isotacticity that is equal to or higher than catalyst systems containing phthalate derivatives.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a procatalyst suitable for preparing a catalyst composition for olefin polymerization, said process comprising the steps of: Step A) providing or preparing a Grignard compound; Step B) contacting the Grignard compound with a silane compound to give a solid support; Step C) activating said solid support, comprising two sub steps: Step C1) contacting the solid support obtained in step B) with at least one first activating compound and a second activating compound; and Step C2) a second activation step by contacting the partly activated solid support obtained in step C1) with an activating electron donor; to obtain an activated solid support; Step D) reacting the activated solid support obtained in step C) with a halogen-containing Ti compound, optionally an activator and at least one internal electron donor in several sub steps to obtain said procatalyst. The invention moreover relates to a procatalyst, a catalytic system comprising said procatalyst and to a process to prepare polyolefins using said catalyst system and the polyolefins obtained therewith.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a propylene homopolymer or a propylene α-olefin random copolymer comprising the step of a) preparing a propylene homopolymer or a propylene α-olefin random copolymer, wherein the α-olefin is chosen from the group consisting of ethylene, and α-olefins having 4 to 10 carbon atoms, for example 1-butene or 1-hexene by contacting at least the propylene and optionally α-olefin, with a catalyst in a gas-phase reactor at a temperature T1 and a pressure P1, wherein T1 is chosen in the range from 75 to 90° C., for example in the range from 77 to 85° C., for example in the range from 78 to 83° C., wherein P1 is chosen in the range from 22 to 30 bar to prepare a propylene homopolymer (A′) or a propylene α-olefin random copolymer (A′).

The invention also relates to a solid catalyst component obtainable by said process. The invention further relates to a process for producing polyethylene and its copolymers in the presence of the solid catalyst component and a co-catalyst.

摘要: A process for the gas-phase polymerization of ethylene or a mixture of ethylene and one or more 1 olefins in the presence of a polymerization catalyst system comprising the steps a) feeding a solid catalyst component, which was obtained by contacting at least a magnesium compound and a titanium compound, to a continuously operated apparatus and contacting the solid catalyst component with an aluminum alkyl compound at a temperature of from 0° C. to 70° C. in a way that the mean residence time of the solid catalyst component in contact with the aluminum alkyl compound is from 5 to 300 minutes; b) transferring the catalyst component formed in step a) into another continuously operated apparatus and prepolymerizing it with ethylene or a mixture of ethylene and one or more 1 olefins in suspension at a temperature of from 10° C. to 80° forming polymer in an amount of from 0.2 to 25 g polymer/g of solid catalyst component in a way that the mean residence time of the solid catalyst component in the apparatus is from 5 minutes to 3 hours; and c) transferring the prepolymerized catalyst component formed in step b) into a gas-phase polymerization reactor and polymerizing ethylene or a mixture of ethylene and one or more 1 olefins in the presence of the prepolymerized catalyst component at temperatures of from 40° C. to 120° C. and pressures of from 0.1 to 10 MPa.

摘要: A method of making an olefin polymerization catalyst is disclosed. The method first combines a magnesium halide with an alcohol, then adds a hydroxylated ester and a silicon alkoxide, followed by a titanium compound and another silicon compound to result in a solid composition. This solid composition is then reacted with an aluminum compound and an alkyl halide, followed by reaction with a second titanium compound which may be the same as or different from the first. The second silicon compound is preferably a silicon halide, and the titanium compounds are preferably halides and alkoxides. The aluminum compounds preferably have chloride and alkyl ligands bonded to them.
