Abstract: A thermoformable sheet includes an exterior film, a printed pigment layer, an adhesive layer, an inner layer, and an interior sealing layer. The exterior film includes between 50% and 100% polyolefin-based polymers, by weight. The inner layer includes between 60% and 100% of polypropylene polymer, by weight. The inner layer further includes a thickness between 100 microns and 350 microns. The printed pigment layer and the adhesive layer are located between the exterior film and the inner layer.

Abstract: A packaged product has a product surrounded by a vacuum skin package. The vacuum skin package has a support member and an implosion-resistant thermoplastic top web. The top web conforms with both the upper surface of the product, and an uncovered portion of the upper surface of the support member. The thermoplastic top web comprises an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer in an amount of from 55 wt % to 85 wt %, based on total weight of top web, and/or a blend of ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and cyclic olefin copolymer. Also disclosed is a vacuum skin package containing the implosion-resistant top web.

Furthermore, the packaging is closed in a gas-tight manner.

The holder (24) is in communication with the holder (23). The base material in each of a predetermined area of the second tubular container (22) and a predetermined area of the outer container (14) contains woven fabrics. The predetermined area of the outer container (14) further includes a honeycomb sheet.

Abstract: The present invention provides a recyclable laminate film structure comprising a separation layer coating. The separation layer coating facilitates separation of a selected polymer film during the recycling processing by selecting the polymer of the coating composition to have particular Hansen Solubility Parameters, so that the laminate structure delaminates at the layer of the coating, leaving clean pieces of the selected polymer film. In certain embodiments, the separation layer coating is a barrier coating, such as an oxygen barrier coating.

Abstract: A carrier tape, cover tape or static shielding bag for transportation of electronic components is constructed of polymers and carbon nanotubes being between 0.01% and 3% by weight. The carbon nanotubes may have any number of walls and any desired size of diameter dimension which is less than approximately 100 nm. The carrier tape, cover tape or bags including the carbon nanotubes have a static dissipative range measured between 1×105 and 1×1012 Ω/sq and a light transmittance value of between 60% and 90%. The carrier tape, cover tape or bags including the carbon nanotubes reduce surface defects, high density entanglements and agglomerations. The static shielding bags including the carbon nanotubes may be formed as sheets which are manufactured into a desired size of bag.
