摘要： A method comprising the following steps: placing the substrates in an evacuated enclosures; forming a gas by evaporating a component that is liquid at atmospheric pressure and at ambient temperature; and introducing the gas into the enclosure. The gas is decomposed and a complementary gas is introduced into the enclosure for the purpose of reacting with the decomposed gas so as to form at least one thin layer on the substrate. Also disclosed is a method of forming a colored film and to an associated device capable of implementing the method of the invention.
