    摘要: A pressure control valve includes a housing with a lower part and an upper part. The housing includes a coil wound on a coil carrier, an armature configured to be axially displaceable within a bearing, a core, a flux guiding device, a connection bore, and a connector comprising a valve seat for the armature. The connector and the connection bore are disposed in the lower part of the housing. The upper part of the housing is arranged in a force-locked or a form-fitting manner. A bearing bushing for the armature is provided in a portion of the connector directed towards the core. A stop bushing for the armature is provided in an opposite portion of the connector.

    摘要: An electromagnet drive for a valve includes a piston element. A housing comprises an electromagnetic circuit, a coil wound onto a coil former, an armature mounted to move between a first and second end position to act on the piston element, a core, and a magnetisable return device. The core and/or the magnetisable return device comprises an adjusting bore. The core or the magnetisable return device comprises a substantially circumferential cutout in a region of the adjusting bore on a side facing the coil. A fixing device fixes the armature in a non-energized state. An adjusting device adjusts a magnetic force. The adjusting device comprises an adjusting screw which influences a profile of magnetic field lines. The adjusting screw is insertable into the adjusting bore of the core or the magnetisable return device in a direction of the armature. Energizing the coil moves the armature into the first or second end position.

The coil former comprises a first portion with an internal diameter and a receiving bushing for the valve sleeve arranged on a side opposite to the core. A movable armature acts on the valve closure element. The armature is mounted in the coil former via a bearing and comprises parts including a first part directed toward the core having a diameter. The diameter of the first part is larger than the internal diameter of the first portion of the coil former.
