Abstract: An exhaust line of a motor vehicle includes an upstream monolith and a downstream monolith for treating exhaust gases passing along the exhaust line. The upstream and downstream monoliths are positioned in series. An injection portion is positioned between an upstream face defined by the upstream monolith and a downstream face defined by the downstream monolith and includes a duct through which a stream of exhaust gas flows. The duct extends from the upstream face to the downstream face and has a central line of a set length between the faces. A reagent injector is mounted on the injection portion and is designed to inject reagent in gaseous form into the injection portion. At least one cup is positioned inside the duct in the path of the exhaust gas stream so that a mean path of the exhaust gas stream line is at least 20% longer than the set length.

Abstract: An exhaust line includes: a duct (3) including an injection segment (7) with an inner channel defined by a side wall, the exhaust gas flow including exhaust gas central streams in a central area of the inner channel (17) and exhaust gas peripheral streams in the vicinity of the side wall; a reagent injector (5) capable of injecting a reagent in an injection direction (F1). The duct (3) is conformed so that the exhaust gas central streams flow substantially parallel to the central line (L1) of the inner channel, the exhaust line (1) including an element (31) for imparting to at least some peripheral streams a rotary movement, through the inner channel, about a rotation axis that is slightly inclined relative to the injection direction (F1).

Abstract: An exhaust line has upstream and downstream blocks for processing exhaust gases. An injection section is arranged between an upstream face defined by the upstream block and a downstream face defined by the downstream block and includes a circulation channel for the exhaust gas flow extending from the upstream face to the downstream face. The channel includes a central line having a determined length between the upstream and downstream faces. The injection section includes a reagent injector capable of injecting a reagent into the injection section. The injection section has a first cup inside the circulation channel in the flow path such that the average path of exhaust gas jets is higher by at least 20% in relation to the predetermined length. A second cup is arranged inside the circulation channel between the upstream face and the first cup. The reagent is done between the first cup and the second cup.

Abstract: The heat recuperation device for an exhaust line comprises a valve body having at least one exhaust gas inlet and at least one exhaust gas outlet. A shutter element is able to move at least between a position of blocking off a cutoff section of a path along which the exhaust gases pass and an uncovering position. The valve body has an inlet zone situated between the inlet and the cutoff section, and an outlet zone situated between the cutoff section and the outlet. The device further comprises a plurality of heat-exchange tubes, with each tube having an upstream end connected directly to the inlet zone, a downstream end connected directly to the outlet zone, and at least one curved portion between the upstream and downstream ends.
