    摘要: A sealing system for large-surface thin parts to be interconnected, used for the mutual sealing of separating plates, in particular of bipolar plates with interposed ion-exchange membrane units (MEA) in fuel cells. The system uses sealing elements made of polymer material, in which the individual sealing elements, injected into recesses, form an integral unit with the respective associated bipolar plate. Provision is made between the side walls of the sealing elements and the adjacent walls of the recesses for free spaces or gaps to accommodate the elastic sealing material which spreads during the compression. The sealing elements only partially fill the recesses or gaps and the height (H) of the sealing elements are greater than the depth (T) of the recess or gaps before the compression.

    摘要: A device for holding at least one roller of a rolling machine that can rotate about a rotational axis includes two holding arrangements that can be arranged on opposite faces of the roller viewed in the direction of the rotational axis. The device further includes at least two coupling parts each configured for a coupled mode and an uncoupled mode. A first of the two coupling parts has at least one, preferably essentially straight first groove, and has a second groove that does not run parallel to the first groove. A second of the two coupling parts includes a first coupling element and a second coupling element, wherein the first coupling element projects further outward from the second coupling part than the second coupling element. In at least one implementation, the roller can be detached or removed from the holding arrangements when the holding arrangements are in uncoupled mode.

    摘要: The invention proposes a method and a device for continuously producing a crystallite, wherein a metered amount of seed crystals is fed continuously to the internal solution circuit of a crystallizer, in particular a DTB crystallizer, through a crystallization seed line from a seed generator preferably designed as a flash crystallizer. The amount of seed crystals fed is controlled by an electronic control system as a function of a measured value determined by a sensor, said value being representative of the particle size distribution of the crystallites in the solution in the internal circuit in the crystallizer. By way of a line, the seed generator receives a partial stream of the external solution circuit of the crystallizer, said external circuit being routed through a line. Excess fine crystalline suspension can be fed back to the external circuit from the seed generator by way of a return line.

    摘要: In a method for the continuous real time tracking of the position of at least one mobile object in a defined multidimensional space, at least one mobile transmitter module is attached to at least one mobile object and the signals from the at least one module are received by a stationary receiving and signal processing network and then centrally processed. The signals emitted by each transmitter module are electromagnetic waves sent within a frequency band range using time division multiplexing techniques. Due to the fact that the frequency band is used as a single channel for the purpose of maximizing the accuracy with which a position is detected, and due also to the fact that the communication process between the transmitters and the receivers is based on the principle of pseudo-random time division multiplexing using burst transmissions of low cross correlation with non synchronized pseudo-random patterns, there is created a method for the continuous tracking of the position of one or more mobile objects at any time and in any place which is of very high positional resolution and has a temporal resolution of just a few milliseconds.

    摘要: A method and installation for the production of a coarse-grained ammonium sulfate product by crystallization includes firstly generating a crystal having a grain smaller than the desired grain size in a pre-crystallizer and withdrawing a suspension therefrom, from which the fine crystal was previously separated in a classification connecting piece. This suspension, which contains medium-sized grain, is then conducted with a proportion of undersaturated mother liquor, which is sufficient for further crystal growth, into a DTB product crystallizer and crystallized therein to a desired grain size. The heating of the product crystallizer is performed by the heat contained in the vapors of the pre-crystallization. The pre-crystallization may also operate according to the DTB principle, wherein the mother liquor needed for crystallization is supplied in the form of separately admixed concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonia into the external solution loop of the pre-crystallizer. The reaction heat released in this case may be sufficient for the operation of the entire process.
