    Abstract: A method of large-scale automated indoor map data georeferencing. A building floorplan is received in a digital format. A non-georeferenced vector polygon building footprint is extracted from the building floorplan. A plurality of georeferenced vector polygons representing individual building footprints in a selected area is provided. The non-georeferenced vector polygon building footprint is compared to identify a matching georeferenced building footprint polygon. The building floorplan is rasterized and clipped to the extent of the building footprint polygon to form a clipped floorplan raster. Real-world geographic coordinates of the matched georeferenced vector polygon are applied to the clipped floorplan raster to form the georeferenced indoor map data.

    Abstract: A computer implemented method for three-dimensional volumetric indoor location geocoding relative to a geographic location is provided. The method includes: creating a three-dimensional representation of the geographic location; notionally subdividing the three-dimensional representation into an array of discrete elements; receiving an address and converting the address into geographic coordinates; querying the array of discrete elements representing the geographic location; determining a list of all discrete elements with at least one of a matching address and sub-address element attribute; generating a notional minimum bounding three-dimensional polygon containing the matched discrete elements with the at least one matched address and matched sub-address element attribute; determining a list of geodetic coordinates defining the minimum bounding three-dimensional polygon; and presenting the list of geodetic coordinates defining the minimum bounding three-dimensional polygon.

    Abstract: A disclosed method includes establishing a secure authenticated network connection between an apparatus located at an emergency communication center (ECC) location and operatively coupled to an ECC functional entity, and an application programming interface (API) endpoint in the cloud; performing an authentication procedure between the apparatus and the application programming interface (API) endpoint in the cloud upon establishment of an internet connection to the apparatus; obtaining data from the functional entity by the apparatus and appending ECC identification information; sending the data as packet data comprising the ECC identification information to the API endpoint; and providing a portal graphical user interface to at least one ECC entity that displays enhanced emergency call data using the packet data.
