摘要: A map-based graphical user interface (GUI) for a public messaging platform allows a user location-based to their own expired ephemeral content. Such expired content is no longer available to other users for online viewing. The user can, however, switch the GUI between a live mode and a historical mode, access to their own expired content in the historical mode being facilitated in a manner closely similar to that for viewing live publicly available content.

摘要: Systems and methods for facilitating contextual queries based on media samples automatically captured by a computing device are disclosed herein. A server receives from a computing device over a communication network, a media sample of a media asset automatically captured by the computing device. The server obtains contextual information corresponding to the captured media sample. The server stores the media sample in a memory indexed by the contextual information. The server receives, from the computing device over the communication network, a query that includes a criterion but lacks an identifier of the media asset. The server identifies the media sample in the memory by matching the query criterion to the contextual information. The server generates a reply to the query based on the identifying of the media sample and communicates the reply to the computing device over the communication network.

摘要: A computer-implemented method includes capturing visual data of an environment using an image sensor of an electronic device and non-visual data of the environment using one or more non-image sensors of the electronic device. Feature descriptors of one or more objects in the environment are generated using the visual data of the environment and the non-visual data of the environment. A map of the environment is generated using the feature descriptors of the one or more objects. One or more virtual objects are anchored to at least one of the objects using the map. The visual data, the non-visual data, and the map are combined in a digital multimedia container file. The digital multimedia container file is stored on the electronic device or on another electronic device connected to the electronic device.

摘要: A system and method for accessing a media item on a mobile device are described. The mobile device includes a media placement application and a media display application. The media placement application receives a selection of a media item generated by the mobile device. The media placement application generates access conditions for the media item based on geolocation and position information of the mobile device associated with the selected media item. The media display application monitors the geolocation and position of the mobile device and determines whether the geolocation and position of the mobile device meet the access conditions of the selected media item. The media display application generates a notification that the selected media item is available to view in a display of the mobile device in response to determining that the geolocation and position of the mobile device meet the access conditions of the selected media item.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for retrieving a 3D map are provided. The method for retrieving a 3D map includes: obtaining binary data of S 3D map descriptors; performing stage-i retrieval in the binary data of the S 3D map descriptors based on binary data of a retrieval descriptor, to obtain P 3D map descriptors through screening; performing stage-m decompression on compressed data of the P 3D map descriptors to obtain reconstructed data of the P 3D map descriptors; and performing stage-j retrieval in the reconstructed data of the P 3D map descriptors based on partial data or all data of the retrieval descriptor, to obtain Q 3D map descriptors.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer-program products are described for determining current location information which includes determining whether an object is moving by comparing the current location information with previous location information. Future location information is calculated and a point of interest is filtered using the future location information. A media asset is then matched to the filtered point of interest and a current score is determined for the matched media asset. Determining a current score includes determining a window in which the matched media asset is geographically relevant to the future location information, and updating the matched media asset score when the future location information changes. An ordered playlist is dynamically generated according to the future location information by repeatedly prioritizing and sequencing matched media assets according to the current score for each matched media asset, and matched media assets are played or displayed in the ordered playlist.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for identifying a media asset in response to an ambiguous input. The media guidance application may detect a portion of music provided by a user, e.g., a melody from user humming. The media guidance application may retrieve information about the user's location for a predetermined time period prior to detecting the portion of music. The media guidance application may then determine content accessible by the user at the location, e.g., a commercial played at a display screen at a train station when the user was waiting for the train, to identify the media asset corresponding to the user humming.
