Abstract:
A contactless vibration meter having a magnetic strip, a detector, and a processor is disclosed. The N-pole blocks of the magnetic strip are unequal lengths and the S-pole blocks of the magnetic strip are also unequal lengths, the detector is detecting the N-pole blocks of the magnetic strip with unequal lengths and the S-pole blocks of the magnetic strip with unequal lengths, and the voltage variation due to the change of the magnetoresistance of the detector is calculated by the processor, so as to transfer to corresponding vibrating waveform, thereby being capable of obtaining the vibrating information of the tested object. It is not limited by the space of the factory or the pattern of the tested object, and capable of being attached to detect immediately.
Abstract:
A transmission system includes two or more independent chambers, in each of which shafts with gears thereon are provided for rolling in synchronous motion, and a carrier with adjustable gear devices on a bottom thereof. Each of the adjustable gear devices has a base, a movable rack member, vertical springs and horizontal springs. The movable rack member is connected to the base to be moved along a horizontal direction. The vertical springs are provided between the base and the carrier to urge the adjustable gear device along a vertical direction. The movable rack member has a rack portion to be meshed with the gears of the shafts, such that the carrier is moved by the gears to cross the chambers. With the movement of the movable rack member both along the horizontal and the vertical direction, the carrier is transported in a smooth, synchronous, skid-proof, stable and real-time motion during the crossing chamber process.

An unloading region has a pressure-up chamber with two gates on opposite ends thereof, one of which is communicated with the vacuum chamber of the coating/sputtering region. A rear reversible region has an open chamber communicated with the pressure-up chamber of the unloading region, in which an elevator device is provided. A return region having a channel connecting the rear reversible region and the clean region, in which a backward transmission device is provided.
Abstract:
An apparatus for enhancing a driver to detect and escape from a sinking vehicle is disclosed. When the thin film pressure with a closed and hollow carrier is detecting an outside water pressure is higher than the first predetermined value and making sure the vehicle is sinking into water, the lifting unit is driven to lower down by the motor which is controlled by the micro-controller unit and simultaneously the window glass is opened. The apparatus further comprises an addressing unit connected to the battery and the micro-controller unit for transmitting automatically a help signal and an addressing signal to at least one predetermined receiving unit to achieve the efficiencies of self-assisting with one's life and escaping from a sinking vehicle in time and extending the rescue time with no delay, uncertainty or inefficiency.
Abstract:
A contactless sensing device comprises a magnetic stripe fixed on a tested object, a detector and a processor. The magnetic stripe has arranged plurality of N-pole and S-pole blocks. The detector includes a fixed magnetic layer with fixed magnetic direction, a free magnetic layer with changeable magnetic direction influenced by external magnetic field, and an insulating layer separated the fixed magnetic layer from the free magnetic layer. While the object is moving to make the magnetic stripe pass through the detector, the magnetic direction of the free magnetic layer is influenced by the N-pole and S-pole blocks, such that the magnetic direction of the free magnetic layer is parallel or anti-parallel to the fixed magnetic layer. The induced change of the magnetoresistance further result in the obvious change of the output signal to the processor, and then the information of the object is sensed and calculated from the processor.

Abstract:
An automatic in-line sputtering system with an integrated surface corona pretreatment includes a first loading region, a corona processing region, a first unloading/reversible region, a first return region, a transfer region, a second loading region, a pressure-down region, a sputtering region, a pressure-up region, a second unloading/reversible region, and a second return region. The substrate is transported by different carriers in the corona processing region and the sputtering region for the conductive issues, respectively. The carriers are recycled in two corresponding independent internal return regions that make the carriers without having to expose in an open environment. As a result, no fingerprint/dust adheres on the surface of carriers and the pollution of the transport process can be minimized. The system is integrated in a real close and in-line type to achieve the functions of continuous process, automation, cleanness and efficiency.
Abstract:
An indirect operating system is suitable for a mobile electronic device to remotely operate a controlled device, and allows the mobile electronic device, after scanning a device barcode of the controlled device, to obtain a corresponding set of user operation pages from a background device and display it on a remote control interface shown by the mobile electronic device, and then, the mobile electronic device converts the user's operation on the user operation page(s) into a control barcode or a driving packet with identification information of the controlled device. Through the driving packet or control barcode, the controlled device can obtain the user's input information and operate according to the input information.
