    摘要: A method for producing components or profiles from at least one solidifiable plastic compound in an injection moulding facility, said method comprising stationary mould components and mould components which are movable with respect thereto. The method includes injection of solidifiable plastic compound into a channel formed in the movable mould components and, from there, via connections either in portions into one or more mould cavities. The channel is enclosed by at least one stationary, temperature-controlled mould component. A continuous channel compound strand is formed with attachment compound strands, which is transported away from the injection point with increasing cooling and solidification and increasing length, together with the filled mould cavities and mould cavity portions. The channel compound strand, together with the connection mass strands, after its solidification and after opening the mould cavity or the mould cavities is separated from the component(s), and the component or the components is/are ejected.

A foldable shade is disposed on one of the frames and has a freely movable end that is coupled with an operating unit for opening and closing the shade. The assembly further includes at least one shade raising and lowering mechanism in one or both of the longitudinal parts of the frame and a drive mechanism mounted in the lower transverse part of the frame. The drive mechanism includes a threaded spindle which, in order to provide for a particularly stable and long-lasting construction of the drive mechanism, is movable solely translationally and is coupled with a transmission mechanism operating the at least one raising and lowering mechanism.

    摘要: A method and an injection mold for the production of profiled and at least partially elongated components out of liquid or viscous solidifying molding compounds, by said injection mold, the molding compound being injected into the mold cavity and transported away under steady extension of the mold cavity and under steady elongation of the component to be formed after the initial filling of the mold cavity. The molding compound transported away is transported out of the mold while molding compound is continuously being injected until the forming component reaches its final length. The mold has at least one mold insert whose surface is part of the peripheral surface of the mold cavity and which is supported in the mold in a movable way in longitudinal direction of the component to be formed so that the mold cavity forming the component can be expanded to the desired size and shape of the component inside and outside of the mold by a movement of the mold insert. Thus the invention makes it possible to produce components that have complex contours, are elongated, at least partially, and have a finite size in a high quality at a low expenditure.

The sleeve is fastened to one end of a pull rod, the other end of the pull rod carrying a release plate under which short lever arms of two toggle levers grip. The housing has an essentially rectangular recess therein and a window in this recess, with the window enabling the reading of release values indicated by a pointer. The device indicates an exact release value even when the sleeve experiences a change in position relative to the housing during a stepping in with a ski shoe. The sleeve includes an upper surface facing the scale which includes an arrangement for slidably engaging the pointer which is associated with both an engaging device and the scale.
