摘要： The present disclosure provides a reconfigurable power amplifier (PA) based on a PIN switch and a design method thereof. The reconfigurable PA based on a PIN switch includes an input port, an input matching circuit, the PIN switch, a gate bias circuit, a transistor, a drain bias circuit, an output matching circuit and an output port, where the input matching network includes an input end connected to a power input end, and an output end connected to a gate of the transistor, the gate bias circuit is connected in parallel with the gate, the drain bias circuit is connected in parallel with a drain, the drain of the transistor is connected to an input end of the output matching circuit, and an output end of the output matching circuit serves as a power output.

摘要： A transfer and online detection system for deep-sea sediment samples and an application method thereof are provided. A sample gripping and feeding device, a sample segment cutting device, a sample online detection device, a high-pressure ball valve and a pressure-retaining drill disengaging device of the system are coaxially connected with one another. A seawater booster pump is connected with a water inlet ball valve, and a valve control panel is connected with the sample gripping and feeding device, the sample segment cutting device, the high-pressure ball valve and the pressure-retaining drill disengaging device. The pressure-retaining drill disengaging device is configured for disengaging an inner barrel and an inner barrel joint, and the sample gripping and feeding device and the sample segment cutting device are configured for gripping and cutting core samples, and conveying the cut core samples into a subsample pressure-retaining storage cylinder for storage.

摘要： Disclosed is a novel III-V heterojunction field effect transistor comprising a substrate layer, a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, a drain electrode, a source electrode, a gate electrode, a first dielectric layer, second dielectric layers and the like, wherein the first semiconductor layer has a greater bandgap compared with the second semiconductor layer, and the second semiconductor layer and the first semiconductor layer are combined to form a heterostructure. The thickness of the first semiconductor layer is not greater than the critical thickness of two-dimensional electron gas formed in a heterojunction channel, and thus natural 2DEG in the heterojunction channel is depleted. The novel III-V heterojunction field effect transistor has the advantages of being simple in structure, simple in preparation process, stable in performance, high in reliability and the like.

摘要： A method of file management is disclosed for creating a virtual disk on a physical disk partition of a physical disk made of physical storage space. The virtual disk is made of virtual disk files having file system attributes. The method further includes determining a capacity of a storage space for storing a virtual disk file and formatting the virtual disk file with a particular file system format, wherein the virtual disk file has a distinct file system as stored in the physical disk partition. Additionally, the physical storage space of the physical disk is converted into a file system that supports the virtual disk. The virtual disk is configured to save nested virtual disk files, the nested virtual disk files are each configured to store additional nested virtual disk files thereby increasing security of files saved as virtual disk files in the physical disk.

摘要： The present invention discloses a preparation method of an alkaline anion exchange membrane and a use of the membrane in a fuel cell. The preparation method of the alkaline anion exchange membrane contains: taking polyvinyl alcohol as a substrate, which provides mechanical strength for the membrane; taking a commercialized alkaline resin as an anion exchange resin of chemically reactive groups, performing a cross-linking reaction between polyvinyl alcohol and the alkaline resin by mixing; meanwhile, during the process of forming the alkaline anion exchange membrane, adding an organic salt of transition metal, and doping transition metal ions into the membrane. By taking advantages of catalytic characteristics of the transition metal ions, the fuel leaking from the anode of the cell can perform a catalytic reaction in time in the ion exchange membrane, and thereby improve an ion conductivity of the membrane and efficiently decrease a resistance of the cell. The fuel cell assembled by the anion exchange membrane prepared in the present invention shows an excellent power-generating property.
