摘要： An oscillation device in which a semiconductor element is light emissive and exhibits a negative resistance characteristic is used, and more particularly an oscillation device in which the oscillation operation or switching operation of semiconductor light emitting element having a current controlled type regative resistance characteristic is utilized in order to derive therefrom a light output at normal temperature.
