    摘要: A clamping head is equipped with angular spreading bodies which engage a winding core. Impingement of the winding core end face on a stop moves the spreading bodies longitudinally on a bevel of the clamping head core against spring force, thereby spreading the spreading bodies so as to engage the inside circumference of the winding core. To that end, the clamping head features a sleeve-shaped part which centers the winding core and is provided with longitudinally extending slots for the angular spreading bodies. A shank of each spreading body, extends radially outward, forms at least indirectly the stop for the winding core end face. Longitudinally movable in the slot, the other shank of the spreading body has a projection which protrudes radially inward and interacts with the bevel of the clamping head core so as to cause the shank to move beyond the peripheral surface of the sleeve-shaped part as the projection runs onto the bevel.The clamping head secures the winding core in both nonpositive and form-fitting fashion in that the spreading body shanks dig into the winding core. It is distinguished by a design from components which are relatively simple to manufacture and of which the spreading bodies exposed to wear can be replaced easily.

    摘要: A winding machine for paper-core insertion is provided for the simultaneous, shaftless winding in two winding beds the strips of a web slit lengthwise. The machine has three support rollers generally arranged next to each other, and the web strips are alternately run into the winding beds. A winding frame with a core guide is associated with each edge of the wound rolls, which core guides have core grips. A transport device, positioned above the middle of the three support rolls, cooperates with an insertion assembly to transfer new paper cores into the respective winding beds. Alignment of all paper cores in unbroken sequence on the transport device ensures transfer of the paper cores of the proper width to the correct location. Each winding frame has an insertion device on either side of a separating plane defined by consecutive wound rolls. The insertion devices transport new paper cores to the appropriate core grips for transfer to the winding bed.

    摘要: A winding machine is provided with three support rollers horizontally aligned with parallel longitudinal axes and cooperating to define winding beds therebetween. The support rollers are arranged for simultaneously winding the alternate strips of a web slit lengthwise into at least two wound rolls in alternate winding beds. Each sidewall or front surface of the wound rolls cooperates with a winding frame, which guides the wound roll. Ejection apparatus are provided for each of the wound rolls and are mounted generally vertically disposed above the middle support roller in the machine. Each ejection apparatus has at least one rocking lever with a pressure bar at its lower end for each of the wound rolls, which rocking levers are mounted on longitudinally displaceable carriages. The rocking lever pressure bar has a length less than one-half the width of the narrowest wound roll and contacts the wound roll to move it from the winding machine.

A tiltable cutting device includes a blade, a blade carrier, a connecting link, and a support structure. The blade carrier and the support structure are pivotally connected to each other by the connecting link in such a manner that the blade carrier can be tilted into a position in which the blade faces the web of material while the opposite end of the blade carrier rests against the outer surface of the unwrapped support roller.
