A device and method is provided to selectively modify the transmission performance of a frame data. Through a parallel transmission interface, the frame data is transmitted under a corresponding interface protocol and transmitted toward an image display. The method first detects a data size of the frame data and then provides a transmission control signal based on the detection of the data size. Next, selectively divide the frame data by a factor M based on the transmission control signal. Furthermore, transmit the divided frame data at a raised clock rate based on the factor M. Afterwards, temporarily store the divided frame data about to be transmitted toward the image display until the whole frame data is transmitted.

The audio coding method and system of lattice vector quantization is provided in the invention. The method comprises: dividing frequency domain coefficients of an audio signal for which a modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT) has been performed into a plurality of coding sub-bands, and quantizing and coding an amplitude envelope value of each coding sub-band to obtain coded bits of amplitude envelopes; performing bit allocation on each coding sub-band, and performing normalization, quantization and coding respectively on vectors in a low bit coding sub-band with pyramid lattice vector quantization and on vectors in a high bit coding sub-band with sphere lattice vector quantization to obtain coded bits of the frequency domain coefficients; multiplexing and packing the coded bits of the amplitude envelope and the coded bits of the frequency domain coefficients of each coding sub-band, then sending them to a decoding side.

After a panel is combined with connecting seat, said locking bar is driven to move along a single direction to be separated from the engagement of said rack by pulling the pull rod of the control section to push a skewed slot, and the slider is caused to slide up and down along the sliding slot by pulling said pull rod so as to change a relative angle between the connecting seat and the supporting plate. Finally, the pull rod is released to complete a positioning.
