Abstract: The present invention relates to a sweetening composition comprising neohesperidin dihydrochalcone (NHDC) and gamma-cyclodextrin, to the use of the sweetening composition for sweetening ingestible products, namely, food products and pharmaceuticals, and to an ingestible product comprising the sweetening composition.
