    摘要： A pleated stand-up packaging pouch has a rib in a pinch form which is formed by adhering inner faces of end edges of the packaging material and at least one pleat which is formed by folding the pleated stand-up packaging material in a three-ply strip form in the orthogonal direction to its longitudinal direction and adhering inner faces of the folded portions, and is characterized in that the pleat formed on an edge between a folded bottom face portion and a peripheral portion extends from the peripheral portion in the same plane as the peripheral portion, and the bottom face portion and an upper end of an underside face of the pleat form a substantially right angle, and the pleat has a cut-off portion at the portion where the pleat and the rib cross.

The packaging material is suitable, for example, for heating in a microwave oven. The packaging material uses a film in which a heat sealing agent (4) with a low melting point is applied to a prescribed zone of an oriented film (2) made of a synthetic resin, a cutting line (5) is cut in the oriented film (2) made of a synthetic resin in the form of a solid or broken line passing through the zone coated with the heat sealing agent (4), and a cast film (3) made of a synthetic resin and having heat sealing properties is affixed to the oriented film (2) made of a synthetic resin. Such film is used for a packaging bag (1) or a container cover.

    摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a pleated stand-up packaging material which is capable of improving a heat seal property on a portion where a rib and a pleat cross at a right angle. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pleated stand-up packaging material which is capable of improving a stability and an esthetic appearance when it is stood up by sharply bending the portion where the rib and the pleat cross at a right angle. In the pleated stand-up packaging pouch comprising a rib in a pinch form which is formed by adhering inner faces of end edges of the packaging material, and at least one pleat which is formed by folding the pleated stand-up packaging material in a three-ply strip form in the orthogonal direction to its longitudinal direction and adhering inner faces of the folded portions, characterized in that the pleat formed on an edge between a folded bottom face portion and a peripheral portion extends from the peripheral portion in the same plane as the peripheral portion, and the bottom face portion and an upper end of an underside face of the pleat form a substantially right angle, and the pleat comprises a cut-off portion at the portion where the pleat and the rib cross.

    摘要： A closed filled bag is formed using a cylindrical mandrel by feeding a bag forming sheet of a heat-sealable film which is of a web and is directed in a manner to one side of the mandrel so that it leaves two marginal edges on the opposite side of the mandrel which are guided into abutting relationship while the body thereof is formed into a cylinder around the mandrel. The zipper tape is fed to the mandrel and it is provided with spaced apart zipper elements which during feeding are folded into juxtaposition so that a U-shaped zipper tape is fed to the mandrel to overlie the two marginal edges which are of the bag forming sheet and the zipper tape has marginal edges below the zipper elements which are secured to the marginal edges of the bag forming sheet. During the forming of the bag forming sheet on the mandrel the product which is to be inserted in the package which will result is directed through the top of the mandrel and the sheet as it exits from the mandrel is sealed along its bottom as the bag forming sheet is fed further away from the mandrel a second seal is made across the top which encloses the material within the package. The sealing is advantageously made to extend through the zipper tape at both the top and bottom also.
