摘要: Through-holes 14 are formed in an armature core 11, and engaging portions 21 are formed in an commutator unit 15 at positions corresponding to the through-holes 14. Positioning pins 23 are inserted into the through-holes 14 and the engaging portion 21 to exactly position the armature core 11 to the commutator unit 15. The coil terminals are soldered to risers 18 in a state that the under side of the risers 18 are supported by the tips 35 of legs 36 standing erect on a support tool 34, inserted through the open slots 33.

摘要: When winding an armature coil start S of a winding is entwined around a riser R1, the wire is wound via a riser R4 around a salient pole P1 adjacent to the riser R4 and an opposed salient pole P2 to the salient pole P1 in order, and leads from a riser R3 through an opposed riser R6 to an adjacent salient pole P3 and an opposed salient pole P4. Next, it is passed to a riser R5 and is wound around an opposed riser R2, an adjacent salient pole P5, and a salient pole P6, then ends with the riser R4. A varistor 18 is inserted and three electrodes 19 are soldered to the corresponding risers R2, R4, and R6.

Magnetic flux passing through the drive coil at one of the four corners of the lens drive device is different from magnetic fluxes passing through the drive coil at the other three corners, or magnetic fluxes passing through the drive coil at two corners adjacent to each other of the four corners of the lens drive device are different from magnetic fluxes passing through the drive coil at the other two corners.

A nickel plating layer containing at least nickel is formed on a surface of the drive magnet and a surface of the metal member, and the drive magnet and the metal member are joined to each other by a joining layer which is made of tin-based metal containing at least tin and is disposed between the drive magnet and the metal member.
