Abstract:
The plastic polarized lens (10) of the present invention contains a polarized film (12) and layers (resin layers) (14a and 14b) comprising a thiourethane-based resin stacked over both surfaces of the polarized film (12), and the polarized film contains an organic coloring compound represented by the following general formula (1).
Abstract:
According to one embodiment, this invention allows to acquire attribute information of a stream object and to generate it as management information upon recording a digital stream when an MPEG-TS that uses H.264 as a moving picture encoding format is to be recorded. Information is acquired from a component descriptor, a PES packet header, or a sequence parameter set in a program map table included in the digital stream signal, and video attribute information of the object and/or attribute information of the data unit is determined. The object is recorded for each data unit, and management information that manages the recorded is recorded.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the invention, there is provided an information recording and reproducing apparatus which records information in a recording medium and reproduces information recorded in the recording medium, the information recording and reproducing apparatus includes a first recording section which records in the recording medium an encrypted encryption key aggregate where at least one encryption key for encrypting each of a plurality of pieces of information has been encrypted and registered and information encrypted using the encryption key, a second recording section which records encrypted first private key information used to encrypt or decrypt the encryption key into the recording medium and which, if the encrypted encryption key aggregate has not been recorded in the recording medium, records the first private key information into the recording medium only when the encrypted encryption key aggregate is recorded in the recording medium.
Abstract:
A content recording apparatus includes a reading unit that reads, from a recording medium, a title key, a title content in plane text, an encrypted title content, an adjunct data, and a plain text adjunct data. The content recording apparatus further includes a playlist generating unit that generates a first playlist including the encrypted adjunct data and the plain text adjunct data, and generates a second playlist including only the plain text adjunct data. Each of the first playlist and the second playlist defines an order in which the title content as a playback target is to be played back. The content recording apparatus further includes a recording unit that records the first playlist and the second playlist onto the recording medium.
Abstract:
A recordable/reproducible disc has a management area and data area. This data area separately records data of a digital stream signal as one or more objects. The management area is configured to record prescribed management information, which includes object management information and playback order management information. In this configuration, the management area is configured to have marker information independently of the playback order management information.

Abstract:
In an embodiment, a PATS counter synchronized with an SCR superposed on an MPEG-TS is used. When recording the MPEG-TS, a pair of the value of time stamp information (PTS/DTS) of a previously detected picture and the value of the PATS counter are stored (ST500-ST510). When detecting the next time stamp information, an increase in the time stamp information is compared with an increase in the PATS counter (ST512-ST526). If the significant difference is exhibited (YES in ST600), it is determined that an error is found in the time stamp information value, and a recording process is performed (ST530).
Abstract:
According to one embodiment, an access management system such as an AACS is used to protect highly confidential information recorded in a write-once medium. To first prepare a title key file for encryption by the AACS, title keys are prepared as many as the number of rules of a usage rule file. The plurality of title keys prepared in this manner are written in the title key file. The title keys written in this title key file are appropriately used to encrypt contents, and the encrypted contents are then recorded in the write-once medium.
Abstract:
An information recording medium comprises an encrypted content purchased through a network, and purchase-type information indicative of a purchase type of the content which is included in a management information area conforming to a digital versatile disk-video recording standard.
