    摘要: An electronic device of the present invention includes a shift register SR provided integrally with a substrate, a first line 11 connected with a connection terminal 101 electrically connectable with an outside device provided independently of the shift registers SR, second lines 12a through 12c via which output waveforms of the shift register SR are extracted, and switching sections 13a through 13c by which the first line 11 and the second lines 12a through 12c are switched between an electrically connected condition and an electrically disconnected condition. With this, even in a case where the electronic device of the present invention is a liquid crystal display device having a driver monolithic structure, output waveforms of a drive circuit (electronic circuit) can be inspected.

The display device substrate includes an organic insulating film and an inorganic insulating film, and the inorganic insulating film is stacked directly on and above the organic insulating film such that an organic-inorganic film stacked body is formed.

The multilayer wiring of the present invention includes: a first conductor; a second conductor; and a third conductor. The first conductor is positioned in a (n+1)th conductive layer. The second conductor is positioned in a (n+2)th conductive layer, is electrically connected to a conductor in a layer below the (n+1)th conductive layer through at least a first connection hole in a (n+1)th insulating layer directly below the (n+2)th conductive layer, and is positioned so as not to overlap with the first conductor in a plan view of the main face of the substrate. The third conductor is positioned in a (n+3)th conductive layer, is electrically connected to a second conductor through a second connection hole in a (n+2)th insulating layer directly below the (n+3)th conductive layer, and is positioned on the second connection hole toward the first conductor.
