    摘要: [Problem]To provide a method for producing a polyol-crosslinking, crosslinked fluororubber product which exhibits low tack properties and significantly increased rubber hardness.[Means for Solving the problem] The method comprises pressurizing, heating, and vulcanizing a fluororubber composition to mold a vulcanized product; the fluororubber composition comprising a polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber, a crosslinking accelerator including a quarternary phosphonium salt or a quarternary ammonium salt, and a polyol crosslinking agent, the weight ratio X of the crosslinking accelerator to the polyol crosslinking agent (crosslinking accelerator/polyol crosslinking agent) being from 0.90 to 3.00 for a quarternary phosphonium salt, and being from 0.4 to 0.6 for a quarternary ammonium salt; applying a treatment solution containing the polyol crosslinking agent and the crosslinking accelerator dissohttp://reedman/Manuals/Text_Manual/Section_03.htm - 3.1lved in a solvent to a surface of the vulcanized product; and heat-treating the resulting vulcanized product at a temperature ranging from 200 to 300° C. for 1 to 20 hours.

The photodetector has a detection surface greater than a light incident surface receiving light from a spectrometer. The processor is configured to obtain a measurement spectrum detected in a first detection area corresponding to the light incident surface and a signal intensity detected in a second detection area different from the light incident surface, correct a pattern prepared in advance and exhibiting a noise characteristic of the photodetector based on the signal intensity to calculate a first correction spectrum, subtract a correction value calculated based on the signal intensity from each component value of the measurement spectrum to calculate a second correction spectrum, and subtract each component value of the first correction spectrum from a corresponding component value of the second correction spectrum to calculate an output spectrum.

The processing unit calculates an output spectrum representing a measurement result by subtracting a corresponding component value of the first correction spectrum from each component value of the second correction spectrum.

    摘要: [Problem] To provide a fluororubber composition that does not suffer from deposition, during extrusion, of a talc component contained in a heat- and low-temperature-resistant colorable fluororubber, that is capable of providing products having performance equal to that of conventional mass-produced materials, and that is capable of substantially reducing the rejection rate in the preparation of green stock; and a process for producing a crosslinked fluororubber product.[Means for Solving the Problem] A fluororubber composition comprising a fluororubber containing a fluoropolymer that is crosslinkable with a peroxide; a peroxide crosslinking agent; and a heat-resistant filler containing a calcined talc having a hydrophilic surface; a content of the calcined talc being from 2 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the fluoropolymer. Preferably, the fluoropolymer that is crosslinkable with a peroxide is a low-temperature-type terfluoropolymer having a TR10 value of from −40 to −25° C.; and more preferably, the low-temperature-type terfluoropolymer is a vinylidene fluoride/perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether)/tetrafluoroethylene terfluoropolymer.

The fluororubber composition can simultaneously attain improvement in preservation stability of compounds, prevention of compounds from adhesion at the time of kneading, short-time vulcanization, improvement of mold releasability at the time of vulcanization molding, prevention of contamination with metal ions and reduction in adhesiveness of crosslinking products due to increase of crosslinking density without substantially impairing the normal state physical properties or compression set characteristics and further advantage-ous properties inherent in the fluororubber, and contains no calcium compounds causing contamination of HDD.

Evaluations of motion picture characteristics and motion picture blur can be made based on the motion picture response curve.
