    摘要: Disclosed is a lubricant sealing structure for a gear coupling, which can firmly prevent the leaking of the lubricant due to vibration or the like in the axial and radial directions inside the gear coupling. A sealing member is a cloth-inserted rubber 21 having flexibility. The cloth-inserted rubber 21 has a first end being fixed to a fixing member 24s on a cover plate 20 mounted on a side of an outer ring 7 and a second end being fixed to another fixing member 25s on a side of the drive shaft 10 in liquid tight manner in the axial direction of a drive shaft 10. Each of the first and second ends of the cloth-inserted rubber 21 has a face extending in a direction that is perpendicular to the axial direction. The cloth-inserted rubber 21 seals the lubricant at the face of said each of the first and second ends.

    摘要: It is an object to provide a gear box for a wind turbine generator and a rotation-shaft supporting structure which are capable of suppressing the occurrence of slips in a bearing with lower costs. A gear box for a wind turbine generator which increases a speed of rotation of a wind turbine blade includes a gear to which the rotation of the wind turbine is transmitted, and the gear includes a rotation shaft which is rotatably supported by a first bearing and a second bearing. The first bearing includes a pre-load applying member adapted to partially press the first bearing from outside for increasing contact pressures between an outer ring supported by a casing of the gear box, an inner ring mounted on the rotation shaft, and rollers provided between the outer ring and the inner ring.

    摘要: A power generating wind turbine includes parts and components installed in or on a nacelle which are made smaller and lighter, thus facilitating maintenance. A main shaft 11, a gear-box for speeding up rotation of the main shaft 11 and a generator 13 driven by an output of the gear-box 11 are provided on a nacelle bed plate 6. The main shaft 11 is connected to an input shaft 12a end of the gear-box 12 via a double-row tapered roller bearing 16. The main shaft 11 is supported to a wall portion W1 of the nacelle bed plate 6 with the double-row tapered roller bearing 16 being interposed therebetween. The main shaft 11 is formed in an annular shape having its outer diameter D1 larger than its axial directional length L1.
