摘要: A wheel end assembly for a vehicle, comprising a central wheel support member such as a spindle or a steering knuckle, and an outboard wheel end bearing arranged concentrically around the central wheel support member. The outboard wheel end bearing comprises roller elements accommodated between an inner race-forming part and an outer race-forming part surrounding the inner race-forming part. The inner race-forming part is configured to be supported by the central wheel support member. The central wheel support member comprises a first rotational lock portion. The inner race-forming part comprises a second rotational lock portion configured to engage with the first rotational lock portion to prevent the inner race-forming part from rotating relative to the central wheel support member. The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising such a wheel end assembly.

The sealing device includes an annular retaining element and a sealing element provided on the annular retaining element. The sealing element is a sealing ring that includes first and second contact points contacting the annular retaining element, a third contact point contacting the first inner ring, and a fourth contact point contacting the second inner ring. At least one of the contact points has a flat face.

摘要: A device for stabilizing pressure inside a gear's housing or a wheel's hub includes a bladder, and a conduit coupled to the bladder and coupleable to a volume containing a lubricant. The bladder includes a chamber having a volume, and is configured such that the chamber's volume increases as a fluid enters the chamber, and decreases as fluid leaves the chamber. The conduit includes a first end positionable adjacent the lubricant containing volume, a second end coupled with the bladder, and a passage between the first and second ends, and is configured to hold fluid disposed in the passage and direct the fluid between the first and second ends. When the conduit is coupled to the lubricant containing volume, the volume of the bladder's chamber, the passage of the conduit and the lubricant containing volume are isolated from the ambient environment.

摘要: An integral hammer (M) designed for the assembly of a sowing disc (D) which is fixed with the bolts (22) and nuts (23) is described. It stands out due to the fact that it includes machining on its internal face of a first raceway (10) and a second raceway (11) for the direct assembly of a first conical roller (12) and a second conical roller (13), thus eliminating the need to incorporate the cups that make up conventional bearings from the outset. For the assembly of said first conical roller (12) and second conical roller (13), the first internal cone (14) and a second internal cone (15) that define the inner bearing rings are used. In this way, the integral hammer works as a single unit that includes the aforementioned first internal cone (14) and a second internal cone (15) with their respective first cage (16) and second cage (17) constituting the hammer-bearing set.

A second end of each wear ring is received in a cylindrical counterbore in each annular backing ring. A circular shroud is located radially outer and adjacent to one seal.

The load cell is mounted to the roller bore in a non-fixed manner and includes one or more cantilever beams that extend in an axial direction of the roller. A contact element is provided on each cantilever beam. Each element further bears against a surface of the roller bore. At least one sensor is provided on each cantilever beam for measuring bending thereof, due to deflection of the beam in a radial direction perpendicular to the axial direction.

摘要: A driven wheel assembly includes a fixed axle spindle, a rotating drive shaft extending inside the axle spindle, a bearing, a hub, a brake disc, and a wheel rim. An inner ring of the bearing is mounted on the spindle. The hub is mounted on an outer ring of the bearing. The drive shaft, the brake disc and the wheel rim are coupled in rotation with the hub. The brake disc includes a radial friction part and a tubular portion which is fastened to the hub. The brake disc is fastened to the hub by a radial fastener extending along radial directions with respect to a rotation axis of the assembly and mounted through the tubular portion of the brake disc.
