摘要: According to the embodiment, there is provided a blade vibration measuring apparatus, having, a contactless displacement sensor which outputs a displacement measurement signal as measuring a displacement of a turbine moving blade in a rotation axis direction, a blade top position identifying device which outputs a blade top position identification signal to identify a top position based on a distance between the contactless displacement sensor and the top position of the turbine moving blade as receiving the displacement measurement signal output from the contactless displacement sensor, and a blade vibration calculating device which calculates vibration amplitude and a vibration frequency of the turbine moving blade based on temporal variation of the distance between the contactless displacement sensor and the top position of the turbine moving blade as receiving the blade top position identification signal output from the blade top position identifying device.

摘要: A steam turbine has: a casing; a rotor rotatably arranged in the casing; a nozzle diaphragm concentrically arranged with respect to the rotor, the nozzle diaphragm being engaged with the casing; moving blades arranged in circumferential direction on outer circumference of the rotor at positions adjacent to the nozzle diaphragm; seal strips circumferentially extending on tips of the moving blades, the seal strips protruding in radial outward direction; and an abradable structure rigidly connected to the nozzle diaphragm. The abradable structure faces the seal strips in radial direction at a facing surface, and has an abradable part made of an abradable material arranged at the facing surface.

摘要: A sealing device by which the leakage of fluid is further reduced by securely maintaining the adhesion between a base material and an abradable layer and further strengthening the prevention of fluid leakage is provided. The sealing device according to the present invention includes seal strips provided to either one of a rotating portion or a stationary portion forming a gap therebetween; and a coating layer provided to a base material of the rotating portion or the stationary portion so that the coating layer faces the seal strips. The coating layer is composed of an abradable layer and a bond coat layer.

摘要: A torque measuring device including a light irradiation element for irradiating a light, and a control unit operatively connected to the irradiation element so as to branch the light into a plurality of lights as beams and control a beam diameter of the respective lights so as to irradiate the lights on a surface of a member to be measured. The torque measuring device further includes a plurality of reflectors disposed on the surface of the member to be measured so as to change reflection state of the respective lights, a plurality of detectors for detecting the changes of intensities of the respective reflected lights and generating signals thereof, and a signal processor for processing the generated signals and operating a rotation period on the basis of the generated signals thereby to calculate a torque of the member to be measured.
