    摘要: A three-dimensional imaging unit includes a plurality of image pickup devices that image an image and a rotation drive device which rotates the image pickup devices and adjusts optical axes such that reflections of an object to be measured in a space to be measured have a predetermined amount of overlap. An association calculating unit calculates position association information of pixels when a required measurement point is mapped onto a plurality of images. A three-dimensional shape calculating unit calculates a three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured using the position association information and rotational information of the rotation drive device. A three-dimensional shape estimation calculating unit estimates, from the three-dimensional shape, a three-dimensional shape of a region of the object to be measured where the three-dimensional shape is not obtained. A three-dimensional measurement coordinates calculating unit calculates, from an estimation result, three-dimensional coordinates of two distance measurement points designated on the object to be measured. A distance calculating unit calculates a distance between the two points using the three-dimensional coordinates.

    摘要: An ultrasonograph, an ultrasonic transducer, an inspection device, and an ultrasonic imaging device enabling easy and quick inspection and high-resolution or high-speed processing are provided. Barium titanate (BaTiO3) or lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is used for a piezoelectric material constituting the ultrasonic transducer, and the thickness thereof is 0.1 μm to 100 μm. Included therein are a drive section capable of driving an arbitrary one of piezoelectric layers, a detecting section detecting electrical signals generated by the plural piezoelectric layers based on echoes from an inspection object, the echoes being originated from an ultrasonic wave generated by the driven piezoelectric layer, and a processing section performing processing for visualizing a state of the inspection object based on the detected electrical signals.

    摘要: A welding system has: a welding mechanism, a reception laser light source, a reception optical mechanism, an interferometer, a data recording/analysis mechanism and a data recording/analysis mechanism. The reception laser light source generates reception laser light so as to irradiate the object to be welded with the reception laser light for the purpose of detecting a reflected ultrasonic wave obtained as a result of reflection of a transmission ultrasonic wave. The reception optical mechanism transmits, during or after welding operation, the reception laser light generated from the reception laser light source to the surface of the object to be welded for irradiation while moving, together with the welding mechanism, relative to the object to be welded and collects laser light scattered/reflected at the surface of the object to be welded.
