摘要： A device according to the invention for the automatic fixing of bend B of a lining wear indicator, in particular for a motor vehicle brake, comprises a wire that is embedded in a plastic extrusion-coated component. A spacer and an insert are also embedded with the wire in the plastic extrusion-coated component. The procedure of the invention includes laying the wire along the spacer; positioning the spacer 3 with the wire into a hollow cylindrical portion of the insert; and bending the insert. Additionally, the bent insert can be placed in an injection mold; a plastic extrusion coating can be applied to at least part of the insert 4, and the coated, bent lining wear indicator can be removed from the mold.

摘要： A ferrule for an evanescence field sensor line is specified that has a lower part and a correspondingly attachable upper part. The upper and lower parts respectively have a recess substantially in the shape of a half shell in such a way that in the assembled state a guide tube is formed for holding an optical wavelength in a fashion enclosing the end face. A number of geometric structures for locally fixing the optical wavelength are respectively arranged in the recesses. Furthermore, a pressure sensor having such a ferrule is specified that contains an optical wavelength configured for pressure acquisition by influencing the assigned evanescence field, and at least one optoelectronic module. The ferrule is assigned to the optoelectronic module.

摘要： Described is a connecting line for a measuring sensor, in particular for a measuring sensor for determining a physical property of a gas to be measured, such as the temperature or the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines, including a jacket tube, at least two electrical conductors disposed in the jacket tube and further including insulating means which electrically insulate the electrical conductors from each other and from the jacket tube. In order to use unsheathed, bare metal wires as electrical conductors and to prevent short-circuits between the conductor and the jacket tube, as well as to ensure the flexibility of the jacket tube during installation, the insulating means include a plurality of insulating members which are centrally supported on each other and contain at least two through-holes for passage of the electrical conductors; the central supports being designed in the manner of a ball-and-socket joint so as to allow the insulating members to tilt with respect to each other around the supports.

摘要： A connecting lead for a sensor, in particular for a sensor for determining a physical property of a measured gas, e.g. for determining the temperature or oxygen content in the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines, is described, said sensor comprising a sheathing tube, at least two electrical conductors extending in the sheathing tube, and an insulating arrangement that insulates the electrical conductors from one another and from the sheathing tube. To allow the use of unsheathed bare metal wires as electrical conductors, and avoid short circuits on the one hand between the metal wires and on the other hand between the metal wires and the sheathing tube, especially upon bending of the metal tube during installation, the insulating arrangement has a plurality of insulating elements, braced against one another, that have at least two through holes through each of which one electrical conductor is guided.
