    摘要: Herein disclosed are a surface topography measuring system and a method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a test beam into a first sub-beam, entering a reflecting mirror along a first axis, and a second sub-beam, entering an object surface along a second axis; moving the reflecting mirror for reflecting the first sub-beam at different positions on the first axis to generate N reflected beams; generating an object reflected beam, related to the second sub-beam, reflected from the object surface; generating N images, related to the N reflected beams and the object reflected beam, and each of the N images having a plurality of interference fringes; analyzing the interference fringes in each of the N images to calculate N curve formulas; calculating a surface topography of the object surface from the N curve formulas.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a planar surface plasmon resonance detector, wherein a periodic metallic grating structure is arranged on a common glass substrate to replace prisms and generate surface plasmon resonance. The shift of the wavelength or incident angle for surface plasmon resonance is used to detect biochemical molecules. Further, a low-cost white light-emitting diode replaces laser to function as a light source. Via the metallic grating structure and the white light-emitting diode, the present invention can facilitate a low-cost, compact and portable planar surface plasmon resonance detector and popularize the planar surface plasmon resonance detector.

    摘要: A visualized plasmon resonance biodetector utilizes the surface plasmon resonance to detect a plurality of biochemical molecules, and comprises a substrate, a silver-gold dual-layer structure, and a visible light source. The silver-gold dual-layer structure is formed on the substrate and has an optical grating structure on one side far away from the substrate. In a test, the biochemical molecule combines with the silver-gold dual-layer structure, and the visible light source emits a visible light to illuminate the substrate. Then the silver-gold dual-layer structure on the substrate generates surface plasmon resonance and a reflected light. The user can use his naked eyes to discriminate the reflected lights and learn the component and concentration of the biochemical molecule. Therefore, the biodetector can provide a low-cost and easy-to-operate detection instrument for biotests.
