Abstract: An electric device includes a main body, a supporting crutch and a pivot mechanism connecting the body to the crutch. The body is rotated around the crutch through the pivot mechanism. The pivot mechanism includes first and second bearing shims. The first bearing shim has a limiting salient, which has a first sidewall, a second sidewall and an inclined surface. The inclined surface is tilted from the second sidewall to the first sidewall. The second bearing shim has a sliding salient. When the sliding salient is disposed on the first/second sidewall, the main body is positioned at a first/second position. The sliding salient crosses the first sidewall and slides on the inclined surface to the second sidewall by a first force. The sliding salient crosses the second sidewall and slides on the inclined surface to the first sidewall by a second force larger than the first force.

Abstract: A vibration unit includes a shell with a hollow cavity, a vibration shaft arranged in the hollow cavity and coils, wherein the shell is provided with two elastic support structures located at two ends of the vibration shaft, and at least two permanent magnet rings and at least one magnetic insulator ring are fixed to an outer periphery of the vibration shaft, with each magnetic insulator ring arranged between every two adjacent permanent magnet rings. The coils are fixed on an inner wall of the hollow cavity and located on an outer periphery of each of the permanent magnet rings, wherein a change in a current flowing through each of the coils produces vibration of each of the permanent magnet rings in proportion to the change in the current, which in turn drives the vibration shaft to vibrate in proportion.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a counterweighted vibration device and a manufacturing method thereof. The counterweighted vibration device includes a shell provided with a hollow cavity and a vibration assembly, wherein the shell is provided with two elastic support structures located at two ends of the vibration assembly, and the shell is further provided with slots configured for passage of the two ends of the vibration assembly and to be in communication with the hollow cavity; the vibration assembly includes two counterweights each located at one of the two ends thereof, short strong magnetic strips each adjacent to one of the counterweights, a long strong magnetic strip located between the two short strong magnetic strips, and two fixing screws located on two sides separately and configured to couple the counterweights, the short strong magnetic strips and the long strong magnetic strip together; the vibration device further includes two coils, and a change in a current flowing through each of the two coils causes a magnetic force to change, so as to produce vibration of the vibration assembly in proportion to the change in the current; and the counterweights are of a non-magnetic material. In the present invention, a magnetic field generated by the short strong magnetic strips and the long strong magnetic strip is limited to a smaller range, so that the movement range of the magnetic field of the vibration assembly during vibration is reduced, thereby reducing the influence on the coils and providing a better vibration effect.

Abstract: This invention generally relates to a novel composition of RNA/mRNA medicines as well as vaccines produced by using replicase- and/or RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp)-mediated RNA cycling reaction (RCR). The present invention is useful for developing a variety of self-amplifying RNA/mRNA (samRNA) medicines and vaccines containing at least a replicase/RdRp-binding site in the 5′- or 3′-end, or both, of any desired RNA molecule, including but not limited to antisense RNA (aRNA), small interferring RNA (siRNA), short hairpin RNA (shRNA), microRNA (miRNA)/miRNA precursor, long non-coding RNA (lnRNA) and mRNA. These RNA molecules can be either in single-stranded or in double-stranded, or mixed, conformation. The samRNA so obtained is useful not only for producing RNA-based vaccines and/or medicines but also for generating the mRNA-associated proteins, peptides, and/or antibodies under a proper in-vitro or in-cell translation condition. The replicase/RdRp-binding sites used in samRNA are derived or modified from coronaviral (e.g. COVID-19) and/or hepatitis C viral (HCV) RNA-dependent RNA polymerases (RdRp) in either single-stranded or double-stranded compositions.

Abstract: This invention generally relates to a novel RNA/mRNA production and amplification method using viral RNA replicase and/or RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) enzymes as well as the associated mRNAs thereof. The present invention can be used for manufacturing and amplifying all varieties of RNA/mRNA sequences carrying at least an RdRp-binding site in the 5′- or 3′-end, or both. The RNA/mRNA so obtained is useful for not only producing mRNA vaccines and/or RNA-based medicines but also for generating the mRNA-associated proteins, peptides, and/or antibodies under an in-vitro as well as in-cell translation condition. Principally, the present invention is a novel RNA replicase-mediated RNA/mRNA amplification method, namely Replicase Cycling Reaction (RCR). The RNA replicases involved in RCR include but not limited to viral and/or bacteriophage RNA-dependent RNA polymerases (RdRp), particularly coronaviral and hepatitis C viral (HCV) RdRp enzymes.

Abstract: This invention generally relates to a novel RNA composition and its production method useful for generating and expanding induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells; iPSC) as well as adult stem cells (ASC). The RNA composition so defined can be used for producing not only non-transgenic but also tumor-free iPS cells. The defined RNA composition contans at least two types of different RNA constructs; one is “miR-302 precursor RNA (pre-miR-302)” and the other is “RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp)” mRNA. Both of pre-miR-302 and RdRp mRNA contain highly structured RNA comformations, such as hairpin and stem-loop structures. To produce highly structured RNAs, a novel PCR-IVT methodology has been developed and used with a specially designed RNA polymerase-helicase mixture activity.
