    摘要: A triode-type field emission device and method of manufacturing the same, suitable for use in screen print process of curved or planar substrate, comprising the following steps: firstly, form a cathode and a gate on a cathode substrate at the same time by means of screen printing, and a gap is located between gate and cathode, to avoid short circuit or interference; next, form a hedgehog-shape field emission layer on at least said cathode; then, form a transparent conductive layer and a light emitting layer sequentially on an anode substrate; and finally, dispose cathode substrate and anode substrate in parallel and spaced apart, and package them into a triode-type field emission device. Bias of cathode and gate can be controlled to achieve local adjustment of light. Also, gate may serve as an emitter, to increase field emission efficiency and its service life.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing carbon nanotube (CNT) field emission source, comprising the following steps of: providing a substrate; disposing an electrode layer on substrate; applying a mixture on electrode layer by means of screen printing, and mixture is a mixture of CNT paste and carbon powder; performing sinter in proceeding with a heat cracking reaction, and the carbon cracked and obtained in a heat cracking reaction of carbon powder and polymer in CNT paste is used as a carbon source, and that is used to grow a CNT emission layer of a hedgehog-shaped CNT cluster structure, thus obtaining a cathode plate after completion of sinter process. The hedgehog-shaped CNT cluster structure is a carbon nanotube (CNT) emission layer capable of having multi-direction electron emission routes. As such, it can realize the characteristics of high current density, and low turn-on voltage, while raising the stability of electron field emission.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a rubber magnet with a colored facial gum material layer and a rubber magnet thereof. A colored gum material layer is paved on a surface of the rubber magnet. A surfactant is added into the colored gum material layer. An identical surfactant or a surfactant with very close polarity is added into the material of the rubber magnet, whereby the surfaces of the gum material layer and the rubber magnet can tightly adhere to each other without easy peeling. In addition, antiscaling agent, wetting/spreading agent and defoaming agent are added into the gum material layer to fully wet the color and uniformly spread the color over the gum material so as to enhance the evenness of the color.

    摘要: A tape-type magnet including a soft magnetic substrate which is a thin strip or tape with magnetic attraction. A first adhesive layer is uniformly laid on one face of the magnetic substrate. A releasable facial layer is bonded with the other face of the magnetic substrate via a second adhesive layer. The adhesion between the releasable facial layer and the second adhesive layer is greater than an adhesion between the releasable facial layer and the first adhesive layer, whereby the releasable facial layer is releasable from the first adhesive layer. The magnetic substrate is wound into a roll with the second adhesive layer serving as an outer face and the first adhesive serving as an outer face and the first adhesive layer serving as an inner face. An outermost end of the magnetic substrate can be easily unwound and torn off into a segment.

    摘要: A magnetically attractable paper structure including a substrate paper, an interface painting layer and a thin magnetically attractable material painting layer. The interface painting layer is painted on at least one surface of the substrate paper. The magnetically attractable painting layer is painted on an outer face of the interface painting layer. The interface painting layer serves to reduce the humidity absorbability of the substrate paper and enhance the strength thereof as well as prevent the substrate paper from being crimped.
