摘要： A sheet processing device performs saddle stitching binding a bundle of stacked paper sheets, and includes a stacker section temporarily stacking conveyed paper sheets substantially vertically; a stopper regulating the paper sheets stacked in the stacker section; a first binding section provided in the stacker and saddle-stitching a paper sheet bundle regulated by the stopper at a binding position around a center of the paper sheet bundle in a sheet conveying direction; a folding section folding in half the paper sheet bundle regulated by the stopper; and a conveying section conveying the paper sheet bundle that has been folded in half by the folding section with a back side of the folded paper sheet bundle as a leading end in the conveying direction. The conveying section includes a second binding section binding the folded paper sheet bundle at the back side thereof.

摘要： A sheet post-processing device includes a stacker section that temporarily stores paper sheets as a paper sheet bundle, a stopper that regulates a carrying-in direction leading end of the paper sheet carried into the stacker section, a binding section that binds the paper sheet bundle regulated in position by the stopper, and folding rollers and a folding blade that perform folding processing for the sheet bundle bound by the binding section at a predetermined folding position of the paper sheet bundle. The binding section binds the paper sheet bundle with a paper-made staple. The stopper sets a position of the paper sheet bundle such that a binding position of the paper-made staple straddles the predetermined folding position. With this configuration, there can be provided a sheet-post processing device capable of folding the staple together with the paper sheet bundle.

摘要： A post-processing apparatus includes a sheet carry-in path along which sheets from a carry-in port are fed through a sheet discharging port to a downstream post-processing position, and a collecting guide, for setting and collecting the sheets into a bunch. The collecting guide is located downstream of the sheet discharging port with a difference in level between the sheet discharging port and the collecting guide, is provided. A post-processing apparatus is provided for executing a stapling process and/or a folding process on the sheet bunch collected on the collecting guide. A sheet leading end regulating device is provided for regulating a position of leading ends of the sheets collected on the collecting guide device. The sheet leading end regulating device is movable according to a sheet size so that trailing ends of the sheet ends are placed at a predetermined position below the sheet discharging port.

The curved guide section has a curved guide plate supporting the sheet bunch so that the sheet bunch rolls back toward the folding roll device. The outlet guide section includes a pair of opposite guide plates in folding the sheet bunch by the folding blade.

摘要： A sheet post processing apparatus of compact shape with good alignment can be obtained by providing an accumulation tray for aligning and accumulating sheets successively delivered, a post processing unit for performing a post process such as binding to a sheet stack accumulated on the accumulation tray, and a grip unit for gripping the post processed sheet stack. The post processing unit enables the accumulation tray to reciprocate in a direction transverse to a discharging direction of a sheet discharge tray. The grip unit has a grip part for gripping the sheet stack, a guide part for reciprocally guiding the grip part back and forth in the sheet discharging direction. The grip part is separable from the guide part during a movement of the post processing unit.

摘要： To enable a bunch of sheets to be reliably discharged to a stack tray, also in the case where weight of the bunch of sheets formed on a processing tray is large, a post-processing control section receives information on an ink discharge amount, the number of sheets, sheet type, and printing mode (two-side/one-side) in printing on sheets from a main body control section of an image forming unit A, in forming a bunch of sheets on the processing tray. The control section thereby recognizes weight of a bunch of sheets formed on the processing tray, and when the section determines that the weight is heavier than predetermined weight, decreases a rotation velocity of a drive motor of a sheet bunch transport means, or increases a current amount applied to the drive motor. By this means, torque of the motor is increased, and the bunch of sheets is reliably discharged to the first stack tray.
