    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a controller of a three-axis tool unit which can compensate for mutual interference caused by the dynamic behaviors of three axes for operating a tool in three directions orthogonal to one another. The controller of the three-axis tool unit of the present invention includes a noninteracting control section which calculates, by using transfer functions, correction values for compensating for mutual interference caused by the dynamic behaviors of a first mechanism including a first actuator, a tool holder, and the tool, a second mechanism including a second actuator, the tool holder, and the tool, and a third mechanism including a third actuator, the tool holder, and the tool, and corrects the target displacements of the first, second, third actuators by using the correction values, the transfer functions indicating mutual influence of the dynamic behaviors of the first, second, and third mechanisms.

    摘要: In an ink jet printing apparatus an ultrasonic transducer is an elongated cylindrical assembly submerged in the ink which is held under pressure in an ink chamber. To provide an array of ink jet filaments having uniform length and uniform drop formation, the acoustic energy of the transducer is focused by the internal wall of the ink chamber toward an ink jet array on an orifice plate. The said invention also generates ink droplets from all jets at the same phase--which simplifies the driving electronics of the array for high resolution printing. In one embodiment the internal chamber wall, in cross-section, is a sector of an ellipse and in another embodiment it is a parabola.

To be specific, the cutting device of the present invention includes a three-axis tool unit including a first actuator operating in a u direction, a second actuator operating in a v direction orthogonal to the u direction, a third actuator operating in a w direction orthogonal to the u direction and the v direction, a tool holder disposed at the intersection of the u direction, the v direction, and the w direction, a tool mounted in the tool holder, and three sensors for measuring the displacements of the first, second, and third actuators, respectively and feeding back displacement signals representing the measured displacements, wherein the first, second, and third actuators of the three-axis tool unit vibrate so as to perform vibration cutting on a work material.

    摘要: On the stationary side of a radial bearing constructed of a plurality of magnetic poles, the magnetic poles are formed into a shape such that the magnetic flux density distribution formed between the inner surfaces of these magnetic poles and a rotor located on the rotating side of the radial bearing has a distribution inclined from the magnetic pole end portion to the magnetic pole center portion. With this arrangement, the rate of change in magnetic flux density during the shift of the rotor from a magnetic pole to the adjacent magnetic pole is reduced, thereby reducing the eddy current loss and heat generation.

    摘要: An integrator consisting of a high gain D.C. amplifier, a voltage-current converter such as a resistor, and a feed-back capacitor. An unknown analog input voltage to be converted and two known reference analog voltages which have the same polarity as that of the input voltage to be converted are supplied to the voltage-current converter in the integrator through a first switching circuit having three switches. The output voltage of the integrator is supplied to a comparator. The comparator compares the integrated voltage with a fixed reference voltage and produces an output signal when both voltages are equal. A second switching circuit including one switch, a third switching circuit including two switches, and two capacitors respectively connected to the switches in the third switching circuit are provided between an output terminal of the integrator and ground. A voltage-current converter such as a resistor or a transistor circuit is connected between the input terminal of the D.C. amplifier and the interconnecting point of the second and third switching circuits. Each switch in the first, second and third switching circuits, is controlled by a switch control circuit. The switch control circuit includes counters, flip-flops, calculating circuits and delay circuits. A voltage corresponding to one of the two known reference voltages is stored in one of the two capacitors connected to the ground and a voltage corresponding to the other known reference voltage is stored in the other capacitor connected to the ground. A combined voltage of the input voltage and the voltage stored in one of the two capacitors and a combined voltage of one of the reference voltages and the voltage stored in the other capacitor are respectively integrated by the integrator. As a result thereof, a digital quantity representative of the ratio of the unknown input voltage and the difference between the two reference voltages is obtained by the switch control circuit.

    摘要: A radial electromagnetic attraction stator of a magnetic bearing system is manufactured by forming laminated core pieces as divisions of a laminated core each having a unit number of pole teeth, winding wires around pole piece portions of the laminated core pieces with insulators interposed, assembling a predetermined number of the laminated core pieces wound with the wires and fixing joined portions of the laminated core pieces. This manufacturing method prevents spaces in which the wires are wound from being limited by adjacent pole teeth unlike the conventional integral laminated core, permits winding the wires in a maximum number of turns in open spaces and allows to obtain the radial electromagnetic attraction stator having a high space factor, thereby being capable of providing a magnetic bearing system having a high load capacity and usable as a bearing capable of enhancing performance of production appliances such as working appliance and vacuum pumps.
