A three-dimensional image display device includes: a display panel assembly including a display panel including pixels which alternately displays first and second images, and a data driver which transmits data voltages to the pixels; a backlight unit which provides light to the display panel assembly; and a shutter member including first and second shutters, where the backlight unit emits the light during light emitting periods, the light emitting periods includes first light emitting periods, during which the first image is displayed, and second light emitting periods, during which the second image is displayed, the first light emitting periods and the second light emitting periods alternate, and the first shutter is opened during at least two open periods, which are between neighboring second light emitting periods of the second light emitting periods and temporally spaced apart from each other.

The present invention discloses an outer casing of a refrigerator with various designs expressed thereon, and a method for manufacturing the same. The outer casing of the refrigerator includes a layer (17, 57, 77, 250, 370) defining the outward appearance of the refrigerator and having an image formed thereon. In this configuration, the outer casing of the refrigerator can be variously formed according to the tastes of the consumers to satisfy even the consumers preferring special splendid designs. Accordingly, the reliability of the product and the recognition of the product by the consumers increase.

The present invention relates to an exterior member for a refrigerator that defines the appearance of the refrigerator. According to the present invention, the exterior member comprises a rear plate 84 formed of polyvinyl chloride, and a front plate 82 that is formed of polyethylene terephthalate and positioned in front of the rear plate 84 and has a desired color or pattern printed thereon. It is preferred that the front plate 82 be a transparent and have a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm, and the rear plate 84 have a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm. The exterior member is mainly used for defining a front face of a refrigerator door, but it may also be used as a finishing member for a lateral side of a refrigerator. According to the present invention as above, since a front face of a refrigerator is formed of polyethylene terephthalate and polyvinyl chloride, which are thermoplastic resins, instead of glass and they are lightweight and less vulnerable to damage, there is an advantage in that the process of assembling a refrigerator is facilitated. Furthermore, since manufacturing costs are reduced as compared with glass, there is an advantage in that the manufacturing costs of a refrigerator are reduced.

The present invention relates to an outer door for a refrigerator and a method of manufacturing the same. An outer door of the present invention comprises a base plate 51 with a certain pattern 51 a formed on a front surface thereof, a back surface coating layer 53 provided on a back surface of the base plate 51, a back surface painting layer 55 provided on a surface of the back surface coating layer, and a front surface painting layer 57 provided on the front surface of the base plate 51. According to the present invention, more various designs can be implemented on a front surface of a door of a refrigerator so as to satisfy a variety of esthetic feelings of users.
