    摘要: Disclosed herein are a method of forming a multilayer conductor line and an electronic paper panel using the same. The electronic paper panel includes a substrate: a lower electrode disposed on the upper portion of the substrate and formed with a wiring layer to electrically connect each of the segments so that it drives an electronic paper; an upper electrode disposed on the upper portion of the lower electrode to display information to be represented; an insulating layer disposed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode; a driving chip mounted on the upper surface of the lower electrode, whereby the conductor lines can be designed in the multilayer structure type at the time of forming the conductor lines of the electronic paper panel, such that it is possible to variously design the conductor lines even though the substrate size is small.

The ultra wideband internal antenna includes a first radiation part, a feeding line, a second radiation part, and a ground part. The first radiation part is formed on a top surface of a dielectric substrate and provided with an internal slot. The feeding line supplies a current to the first radiation part. The second radiation part is formed in the internal slot of the first radiation part on the top surface of the dielectric substrate, the second radiation part being conductive. The ground part grounds both the first and second radiation parts. The second radiation part determines an ultra wideband by mutual electromagnetic coupling with the first radiation part using a current element induced due to the current supplied to the first radiation part.

The electronic shelf label system includes a plurality of electronic tags that are installed on a product display stand and confirms the residual amount of a battery to turn-on a battery warning light when the residual amount is smaller than a reference voltage and transmits replacement request signals to inform the replacement time of the battery; and a wired/wireless communication converter that relays information between the electronic tags and a server and transmits the replacement request signals received from the electronic tags to be relayed thereby to the server. The electronic shelf label system of the present invention can intuitively and easily confirm the timing when the battery of the electronic is replaced, thereby making it possible to improve the efficiency in the working of replacing the battery.

The method includes forming and preparing a radiator for an antenna, mounting the radiator inside a dam molding part including an upper dam molding part and a lower dam molding part, injecting a molding material into the dam molding part through an inlet provided at one side of the dam molding part, the molding material including a composite material with a controlled diameter and content, hardening the injected molding material, and separating the hardened molding material covering the radiator from the dam molding part. Accordingly, a miniaturized antenna can be provided, which can achieve a high integration density, prevent deformation of the radiator caused by external pressure generated in processes, and be used in a low frequency band by covering the radiator with a molding material having a high permittivity and a low-loss characteristic.
