摘要: A method for performing relational analysis of parsed input is employed to create a visual map of knowledge information. A title, header or subject line for an input item of information is parsed into syntactical components of at least a subject component and any predicate component(s) relationally linked as topic and subtopics. A search of indices for the knowledge map and its topics and subtopics is carried out for the subject component. If a match is found, then the subject component is taken as the existing topic. If no match is found, then the subject component is formatted as a new entry in the knowledge map. Topic-related information content is stored in the repository referenced to the formatted topic. A similar process can be carried out for formatting predicate component(s). In this manner, input items of information can be quickly and conveniently added to the knowledge information map.

摘要: A center bowl liner is provided for use between a center plate of a railroad car and a center bowl surface on a truck bolster. The center bowl liner includes a disc-shaped element having top and bottom surfaces and a central opening for receiving a center pin. A conductive spring washer is attached to the disc-shaped element, with the conductive spring washer having a contoured profile such that portions of the conductive spring washer are exposed at the top and bottom surfaces of the disc-shaped element and create an electrical connection between the railroad car center plate and the center bowl on the truck bolster. The disc-shaped element acts as a load-bearing element generally supporting the railroad car center plate. The conductive spring washer, since it has spring-like properties, will also undertake to bear a limited amount of the load of the railroad car center plate in addition to providing an electrical connection between the car and truck.

摘要: The disclosure details the implementation of apparatuses, methods, and systems for a deposit process manager (“DP-Manager”) including aspects of a decisioning engine, aspects of a deposit delay component, and of a de-queueing component. The DPManager is supported by the first workflow process engine in the financial industry to provide end-to-end solutions for complex brokerage and retirement deposits and check clearing. The DPManager can automatically route checks to be cleared electronically at numerous banks/clearing entities based on routing number, time of day, bank fees and float expense. The DPManager can capture data electronically without manual intervention with deposit slips. In one embodiment, the new deposit validation process begins with a scanner installed in every branch. Once a check is scanned, the Deposit Process Management system takes over intelligent processing through several sub-systems. These subsystems include systematic edits including account, product and risk management checking numerous databases to completely automate the deposit validation process. One inventive aspect of the DPManager determines deposit delays based on the characteristics of the check deposited, the writer of the check, the deposit profile of the client, and/or other information. In one embodiment, the delay component employs a matrix that combines check data with industry data and client behavior to determine client funds availability. This delay smoothes the deposit process, allows for greater verification, reduction of errors, and minimization of fraudulent transactions. Another embodiment of the DPManager provides a de-queue facility that enhances error detection, correction and fraud detection when processing deposits In another embodiment, the DPManager has a decisioning engine that employs an ABA/Clearing Entities matrix for optimizing selections of clearing entities for deposits.

摘要: Systems and methods for processing microfeature workpieces are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the system comprises a processing chamber having a workpiece processing site configured to receive a microfeature workpiece and a main inlet through which a processing fluid can flow into the processing chamber. The system further comprises a plate in the processing chamber between the main inlet and the workpiece processing site. The plate has a first side generally facing the main inlet and a second side opposite the first side. The plate further includes a plurality of passageways extending from the first side of the plate to the second side. The individual passageways include an inlet portion projecting from the first side of the plate by a separation distance.
