摘要: This application describes, in part, system and methods for reducing unintentional performance of actions, such as orders, on a computing device. In some implementations, ordering may be controlled by identifying an input within an action region and determining that the input is an intentional input before completing an order. For example, to be considered an intentional input, the input may need to remain in an action region for a predetermined time duration, or may need to move across a majority of the action region.

摘要: Some examples provide for content updates based on the state of content described at least partially in a markup language and caused to be displayed in a browser window. A web application causes the content to be displayed and tracks state changes of the content caused by user interactions with the displayed content. The web application causes the display of updates to the content that are received responsive to requests sent based on the user interactions. The web application can exclude from display those updates that are associated with an outdated state of the content.

摘要: A test device may include an application that accesses online content. In some examples, a test intermediary and/or a test user interface (UI) are downloaded to the test device in response to a request by the application for obtaining the content from a network location. The test intermediary may be positioned to receive communications between the application and the content during testing of the content and/or the application. For example, the test intermediary may intercept metrics and other callbacks passed between the content and the application during manual or automated testing. In some instances, the test intermediary may provide the metrics and/or other test outputs for display in the test user UI rendered on the test device. The content may be rendered to be functional within the test UI, and the existence of the test intermediary and/or the test UI may be transparent to the application and the content.

摘要: A method of defeating an incoming missile, such as a rocket propelled grenade, includes soft launching an interceptor missile, and then using pitch over motors of the interceptor missile to alter course of the missile to a desired interception direction. By launching at a relatively slow speed, such as a speed less than or equal to 40 m/sec (130 ft/sec), the interceptor missile may reach the desired interception direction within 250 milliseconds of launch. The interceptor missile may be able to cover substantially all interception directions over a hemisphere or greater extent around a launch location. For example, the interceptor missile may be launched vertically from a ground vehicle, and be capable of altering course to any above-ground trajectory within 250 milliseconds.

摘要: A reliable and inexpensive attitude control system uses a plurality of pitch-over thrusters to perform rapid and precise attitude maneuvers for a flight vehicle. The pitch-over thrusters create rotational moments that directly pitch and yaw the flight vehicle. The use of very simple thrusters and control techniques provides for a reliable and cost effective solution. The ability to perform overlapping pitch and yaw maneuvers with single-shot fixed-impulse thrusters provides for high-speed maneuverability.
