摘要: A method of verifying a blackout event is disclosed that includes receiving blackout event data from an event log database of a video distribution platform at a subscriber event transmission interface (SETI) communicating with an electronic data warehouse (EDW) system. The method also includes creating at least one EDW load-ready file that includes at least a portion of the blackout event data.

摘要: A system for monitoring order fulfillment of telecommunication services is disclosed. An apparatus that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a monitoring system having a controller element that submits a correlation ID to a service orchestration system (SOS) that manages one or more order fulfillment systems (OFSs) that collectively fulfill a select one of a plurality of telecommunication service orders according to a plurality of intermediate fulfillment steps, receives from the SOS information associated with the plurality of intermediate fulfillment steps tagged with the correlation ID, records said information according to the correlation ID, and collects correlated fulfillment activity for the plurality of telecommunication service orders from a plurality of iterations of the foregoing steps. Additional embodiments are disclosed.

摘要: A paperboard having improved strength and water resistance comprises a standard paperboard furnish modified by adding 5-60 lbs/ton alum, 3-40 lbs/ton of liquid size, and 16-50 lbs/ton modified cationic starch. A more preferred formulation has a paperboard furnish, 4-40 lbs of alum per ton of furnish, 3-12 lbs of liquid size per ton of furnish, and 30-40 lbs of cationic starch per ton of furnish Other additives such as a dry strength agent and microparticle silica may be added. Paperboard cores spirally wound from the paperboard of the invention exhibit shorter cure time, higher strength, improved dimensional stability, and reduced moisture migration.
