摘要:
Provided are a stimuli-sensitive magnetic nanocomposite using a pyrene-conjugated polymer and a method of preparing the same. Particularly, the stimuli-sensitive magnetic nanocomposite includes magnetic nanoparticles, an amphiphilic compound including at least one hydrophobic domain having a material having a pyrene structure and at least one hydrophilic domain and a pharmaceutically active ingredient. Here, the amphiphilic compound surrounds the pharmaceutically active ingredient, and the pharmaceutically active ingredient surrounds the magnetic nanoparticle and is chemically bound to a hydrophobic domain. Accordingly, the magnetic nanoparticles and the pharmaceutically active ingredient are stable in an aqueous solution, have excellent magnetic properties and a rapid drug release behavior due to a specific stimulus, and exhibit targeting according to a tissue-specific binding component. Thus, the stimuli-sensitive magnetic nanocomposite has target specificity and serves as a contrast composition or pharmaceutical composition.

Disclosed are a targeting magnetic nanosphere preparation capable of diagnosing and treating tumors in mammals and a method of manufacturing the same. The smart magnetic nanosphere preparation contains magnetic nano-sized iron oxide nanoparticles, which can be detected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), as a core material. The core material is encapsulated in a size of tens to hundreds of nanometers allowing particles to penetrate into deep areas of biological tissues using a biodegradable polymer having high affinity for biological tissues. The formed capsules are surface-modified with an antibody specific to a specific tumor. The smart magnetic nanosphere preparation can effectively diagnose tumors, as well as treat tumors because it has an antibody to a specific tumor.

The present invention relates to a bioprobe including a substrate and inorganic nanoparticles attached to the surface of the substrate, a method of preparing the bioprobe, and an analysis apparatus and method using the bioprobe. In the bioprobe according to the present invention, inorganic nanoparticles introduced to the substrate serve as a linker to which a target-specific substance such as an antibody can be bound, and they also increase the surface area of the substrate, thus increasing a surface area where a target substance to be detected can contact the substrate. In this regard, the bioprobe can be effectively used for detection, dosing, or analysis of various biomolecules or other chemical substances.
