    摘要: A V-pulley includes a pulley body having a through hole provided at the center. Wheels are connected on the pulley body. An outer wheel is provided at each of two ends of the pulley body. Coaxial annular gears and annular inner wheels are alternately arranged between the two outer wheels. The diameter of a gear is less than that of an inner wheel. The outer wheels, the gears, and the inner wheels are fixedly connected through a connecting structure. The outer circumferential surfaces of the gears have meshing teeth disposed at an interval in a convex-concave manner. Two adjacent wheels and a gear between them form a V-belt groove. The opposite end surfaces of the two adjacent wheels form friction transmission belt groove side surfaces. The gear between the two adjacent wheels forms a mesh transmission gear. The belt groove side surfaces are inclined smooth surfaces.

    摘要: A V-pulley manufacturing process, including the following steps: forming a pulley: integrally forming a cylindrical pulley blank; machining V-belt grooves: cutting the external surface of the pulley blank to form a plurality of V-belt grooves matching a V belt; fine machining: cutting the external surface of the pulley blank and the side surfaces of the belt grooves, and cutting off a machining allowance; and shot blasting: placing the pulley in a shot blasting machine to form a rough shot blasting layer on the side surfaces of the V-belt grooves. The pulley manufactured through the above process has a high friction coefficient of the side surfaces of the belt grooves, and therefore has advantages of preventing slippage and having high transmission efficiency.

    摘要: A V-shaped belt transmission system includes a small pulley (2) and a large pulley (1). A V-shaped belt (3) winds around the large pulley (1) and the small pulley (2). The V-shaped belt (3) is in friction transmission with the large pulley (1). The transmission between the V-shaped belt (3) and the small pulley (2) is a transmission including the friction transmission with the mesh transmission. The invention provides a V-shaped belt transmission system which can effectively avoid the occurrence of slippage, improve the transmission efficiency, reduce the distortion of the belts, and prolong the service life of the belts, thus addressing the problem of the slippage and idle rotation of the existing belt transmissions.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing a V-pulley is disclosed. A metallic cylindrical pulley blank is integrally formed by removing material of a circumferential surface of the pulley blank to form a plurality of circumferential V-belt grooves. The pulley blank is subjected to precision machining and shot blasting to form a rough shot blasting layer on the side surfaces of the V-belt grooves. At least one through hole is axially drilled along a longitudinal central axis of the pulley blank from one axial end to opposite axial end of the shot blasted pulley blank to fluidly connect all of plurality of V-belt grooves followed by mounting and fastening a mold for casting tooth rings at the bottoms of the plurality of V-belt grooves and receiving a metal casting fluid into the plurality of V-belt grooves from one end portion of the through hole to form the tooth rings.
