摘要： A container is disclosed for storing and transporting vessels containing a liquid composition susceptible to physicochemical alteration upon changes in temperature above or below a specified temperature. It comprises an enclosure having a lower portion, a top portion and a side portion between the lower and top portions thereby defining an inner space. A lower portion of the enclosure contains a first heat sink within a base, comprising a thermal energy absorbing substance. A vial holder in the inner space holds one or more of the vessels in the inner space above the first heat sink and substantially spaced from an insulated insert inside of the enclosure. An insulating gas is contained in the inner space. A temperature indicator in the inner space indicates when the inner space has been subjected to temperatures below a predetermined level.

摘要： A collapsible and reusable shipping container incorporates a series of inner insulated panels and an outer enclosure. The inner insulated panels possess a series of parallel channels, both horizontally configured along the bottom panel and vertically around the side panels, said panels retaining a plurality of heat sinks. A bottom enclosure and bottom panel is in operative communication with the side panels and outer enclosure, the assemblage retained in a closed condition by a top inner panel and top enclosure. The heat sinks cooperate to maintain constant interior temperatures, while a pallet means allows the packed container to be moved and stored.

摘要： A protective envelope package is formed by folding an essentially flat blank along a midpoint and hinge area to form an essentially flat first panel and flat second panel. Upstanding from and along the top and bottom peripheral edges of the flat first panel are a plurality of annular receptacles. Upstanding from and along the top and bottom peripheral edges of the flat second panel are a like number of upstanding locking members, said upstanding locking members being adapted to engage said annular receptacles to maintain the envelope in a folded condition. A plurality of ribs disposed in a longitudinal and parallel conformation on the panels prevent compression of the flat first panel and flat second panel. The envelope package my be opened by exerting force downward on its peripheral edges so that the object retained therein is expelled without the user actually handling the object.

摘要： A device for holding a door firmly closed includes a bracket for attachment to a door and a bistable assembly for attachment to the door jamb. A spring-biased piston within the bistable assembly presses one arm of a rotatable bell-crank against the tip of the bracket to hold the door firmly closed against the door jamb. Opening the door against the urging of the spring-biased piston rotates the bell crank to a standby position in which it is held stably by the spring-biased piston.In a preferred embodiment, a solenoid within the housing of the bistable assembly rotates the bell crank from engaged position to standby position in response to an external signal, thereby moving the door away from the door jamb automatically.

摘要： A water glass filler allows single-handed operation for either flow-on-demand or continuous flow operation. Manual actuation of a control button, using the same hand which concurrently holds the glass against a swing arm, changes on-demand flow into continuous flow. Continuous flow terminates on further actuation and release of the swing arm. Actuation of the control button drives a spring-loaded latch into a socket in the swing arm, and the water valve spring maintains this condition until the control button latch is released.
