A magnetic transmission assembly is adapted to integration with a motor or generator. The magnetic transmission assembly includes a rotor, a stator, and a magnetically conductive element. The rotor and the stator are sleeved coaxially and respectively have R and ST1 pole pairs. The magnetically conductive element is located between the rotor and the stator, and has steel pieces. When the magnetically conductive element is actuated, the magnetically conductive element selectively enables PN1 or PN2 steel pieces to be corresponding to the rotor and the stator. The steel pieces corresponding to the rotor and the stator interact with magnetic fields of the R and ST1 pole pairs to generate a predetermined variable-speed ratio. The magnetic transmission assembly can be integrated into the motor, so as to improve the drive power density.

The present invention discloses an inverted organic photovoltaic cell comprising a polymerizable fullerene interlayer adapted to enhance the device performance and lifetime. The polymerizable fullerene derivative comprises a fullerene core, a bridging functional group and a polymerizable functional group. The fullerene core can be either C60 or C70, and the bridging functional group comprises a cyclic hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic ring. The polymerizable functional group comprises a thermally polymerizable functional group or a photochemically polymerizable functional group.

A laser driver for generating drive waveforms that are suitable for driving a single VCSEL or an array of VCSELs. A digital controller is integrated into the laser driver and is utilized to initially program and selectively adjust during the operation of the driver one or more of the following VCSEL drive waveform parameters: (1) bias current, (2) modulation current, (3) negative peaking depth, and (4) negative peaking duration. The laser driver has an aging compensation mechanism for monitoring the age of the laser and for selectively adjusting the dc and ac parameters of the VCSEL drive waveform to compensate for the aging of the laser. The laser driver also has a temperature compensation mechanism for monitoring the temperature of the driver IC and selectively adjusting the dc and ac parameters of the VCSEL drive waveform to compensate for the changes in temperature.

A memory device with redundancy arrays, including row word lines and column selective lines respectively selected by a plurality of row address signals and column address signals. A bank includes a first block and a second block separately driven by the different logic values of the first row address signal. In addition, a plurality of pairs of odd arrays and even arrays and a plurality of corresponding spare rows and spare columns are located in the first and second blocks, wherein the odd arrays and the even arrays are separately driven by the different logic values of the second row address signal, and the other row address signals are used to select the row word lines located in the odd arrays or even arrays. If the selected row word line is a defective row, it will be replaced by one of the spare rows, and if the column selective line selected by a plurality of column address signals is a defective column, it will be replaced by one of the spare columns.

A mask structure with an externally connected filtering device includes a mask body, a unidirectional air seat valve, at least one connecting tube and a filtering device. The mask body is made of an air-impermeable material, can be provided with the unidirectional air seal valve thereon and connected with the filtering device through the connecting tube, so that the mask structure can filter and purify ambient air by the filtering device, and deliver the filtered air to the inner side of the mask body through the connecting tube for a user to inhale. The exhaled air by the user can be expelled through the unidirectional air seal valve to the outer side of the mask body.
