    摘要: A method of correcting magnetic resonance images is provided. Seed points having a same expected true intensity are selected from the image points in an image. An intensity correction function If(X) is determined by fitting measured intensities Im(Xs) of the seed points to Im(Xs)=If(Xs), where x denotes the coordinate of the image points. If(X) is a polynomial function and the values of its coefficients are determined by the fitting. Corrected intensities Ic(Xc) for corrected image points are calculated according to Ic(Xc)=Im(Xc)/If(Xc). A corrected image includes the corrected image points.

    摘要: A battery powered tire pressure sensor system with a high sensitivity stretch sensor assembly having a variable resistance longitudinal displacement characteristic. The stretch sensor assembly has at least two juxtaposed stretch sensors, each with a first layer bearing the variable resistance element and a second support layer. The sensor assembly is mounted on or in the side wall of a pneumatic tire so that the assembly is displaced by the tire side wall and the resistance is a function of internal tire pressure. The assembly is coupled to a processor which samples the resistance of the stretch sensor assembly periodically. When the processor determines that the pressure is outside a safe range, an r.f. generator is activated by the processor to generate an unsafe tire pressure signal. This signal is converted by a receiver to a warning for the driver. A power saving unit controls application of electrical power to the system as a function of tire speed to prolong battery life.

    摘要: The present invention provides an etching process for decreasing mask defect. The process comprises providing a substrate, and sequentually forming a thin film layer, a mask, and a photoresist on the surface of the substrate. Then the photoresist is trimmed by a bromide compound, and a first etching process is performed to transfer patterns from the photoresist to the mask. A strip process is performed to strip photoresist by mixing gases that include fluorine. Finally, a second etching process is performed to transfer the pattern from patterned mask to the thin film layer.

Via the PSTN lines, an Internet protocol A or B obtained by the ADSL modules unit is sent to the control module unit of the receiving party or the calling party. The two parties are connected using the IPs sent through the PSTN, and a high frequency band of the ADSL is utilized for transmitting video information.

    摘要: The tradeoff between breakdown voltage and on-resistance for LDMOS devices has been improved by having two epitaxial N−regions instead of the single epitaxial N−region that is used by devices of the prior art. The resistivities and thicknesses of these two N−regions are chosen so that their mean resistivity is similar to that of the aforementioned single N−layer. A key feature is that the lower N−layer (i.e. the one closest to the P−substrate) has a resistivity that is greater than that of the upper N−layer. If these constraints are met, as described in greater detail in the specification, improvements in breakdown voltage of up to 60% can be achieved without having to increase the on-resistance. A process for manufacturing the device is also described.

    摘要: A table-top cutting machine includes a base having an upright support, a motor mounted on the upright support, a belt type cutting tool mounted around a horizontal pulley wheel and a vertical pulley wheel. The cutting tool is stretched at a right angle by a first rotor, which is mounted on the upright support at the top, and a second rotor, which is mounted on the upright support at the bottom. A guard longitudinally covers the belt type cutting tool at one side permitting only the cutting edge to be longitudinally exposed to the outside at one side for cutting. A tool grinder includes two emery-wheels disposed at two opposite sides by the cutting edge. The emery-wheels contact to the two opposite sides of the cutting edge by means of a pressure rod. When the motor is turned on, the belt type cutting tool is rotated to cut cloths smoothly and stably without producing much noise. Furthermore, much cost can be curtailed due to fewer machine elements which are used for manufacturing the present invention.
