Abstract:
A micro-channel heat sink comprises an upper cover layer and a cooling layer. The cooling layer comprises at least one inlet fluid tank, a plurality of micro-channels, and at least one outlet fluid tank. The inlet fluid tank can store and deliver the working fluids, and the outlet fluid tank collects the heated working fluid flowing through the plurality of micro-channels. The plurality of micro-channels are disposed between the inlet fluid tank and the outlet fluid tank, wherein the cross sectional area of each of the micro-channels increases along the direction towards the outlet fluid tank.
Abstract:
The present invention is related to a porous structure material, which is synthesized by mixing an alkyl siloxane compound or a silicate compound with an organic solvent through a sol-gel process, and modified by modification agents. The present invention is also related to a method for manufacturing porous structure material, which comprises reacting an alkyl siloxane compound or a silicate compound with an organic solvent through sol-gel process. The present invention utilizes modification agents to modify hydrophilic groups into hydrophobic groups on the surface of the porous structure material, thereby to lower the surface tension and maintain the porous structure. The porous structure material of the present invention has properties of low conductive coefficient, high porosity, high hydrophobicity and self-cleaning.
Abstract:
A method for coloring an object engraved with gray level affect comprises steps of: storing an original draft of an image to be engraved as an image file, converting the image file into a gray level image; engraving an the object engrave according to the gray level image so that the object present a gray level effect; converting the image file into a modified color image; transferring the color image into a transfer paper to be as a colored transfer paper drawing; adhering the transfer paper on a surface of the object to be engraved; heating and pressing the object so that the dyes of the transfer paper are transferred to the object; removing the paper and transferring the object to an oven for heating so that the dyes on the object are fully combined with the object; and taking the object from the oven.

Abstract:
The present invention discloses a high-temperature stable, low density and transparent silica aerogel prepared by carrying out a sol-gel process of a mixture containing a main precursor of inorganic siloxane and a high-temperature stable precursor to form a wet gel, wherein the high-temperature stable precursor and the main precursor undergo covalent-bond crosslinking; aging and supercritical drying the wet gel to form a low density, tough, hydrophobic silica aerogel of a porous network structure. The hydrophobation of the aerogel of the present invention prevails after several times of heating at 500° C., and the structure of the aerogel will not collapse caused by moisture.
