    摘要: A circular wire with a circular cross section is wound on a coil reel. When a winding-form motor rotates a winding form, the circular wire is pulled and drawn from the coil reel. Rectangular forming rollers press the circular wire, so that a rectangular wire with a rectangular cross section is formed. The rectangular wire is directly wound on the winding form to be formed into a rectangular-wire coil. Because forming rectangular wire and winding on the winding form are carried out in a sequence of contiguous processes, a separate process for removing torsion set of the rectangular wire is unnecessary. The rectangular-wire coil can be formed from inexpensive circular material wire by a simple and low-cost apparatus. It is also possible and preferable to make dimensions and a shape of the rectangular wire variable by controlling clearance widths between the forming rollers and tension acting on the rectangular wire that has passed through the rollers.

    摘要: A manifold solenoid valve drive-controlled by serial signals permits extremely easy assembly and easy maintenance, and eliminates a possibility of erroneous wiring. For this purpose, compressed air is supplied and exhausted through manifold blocks 30 on which solenoid valves 20 are mounted and which are consecutively connected, and serial signals are transmitted to the respective solenoid valves. A fluid passage section 31 of the manifold block is provided with common passages 32 and 33 for air supply and exhaust that penetrate the respective manifold blocks 30, and channels 36 through 38 that communicate them with supply/discharge openings of the solenoid valves 20. In an electric circuit section 41 of the manifold block, a printed circuit board 45, which has connecting terminals 46a and 46b for transmitting serial signals, slave chips 47 for extracting operation signals for the solenoid valves from serial signals, and a feeder terminal 49 for supplying power to the solenoid valves 20 based on the operation signals, is accommodated. Assembling the manifold solenoid valve 10 completes communication of the passages and electrical connection.

For this purpose, in order to transmit serial signals to solenoid valves through manifold blocks 30 on which solenoid valves 20 are mounted and which are connected, a printed circuit board 45 having connecting terminals 46a and 46b for transmitting serial signals, a slave chip 47 for extracting operation signals for the solenoid valves from the serial signals, a feeder terminal 49 for supplying power to the solenoid valves 20 based on the operation signals, and a switching device 48 for switching the slave chip between a single solenoid valve mode and a double solenoid valve mode is detachably accommodated in an electric circuit section 41 of each manifold block 30. Connecting adjacent manifold blocks 30 enables common passages 32 and 33 for supply and exhaust that penetrate the manifold blocks 30 to be placed in communication and also enables the connecting terminals 46a and 46b to be interconnected.

A connector 25 for transmitting and receiving power that is connected to the connector 49 when the solenoid valve 20 is mounted is provided at a position matched to the connector 49 of the manifold block. The solenoid valve 20 is provided with a slave chip 28 that extracts operation signals for solenoid valves from serial signals received through the connectors.
