    摘要: A process for promoting corrosion of a test material, is provided including the steps of immersing, in an electrolytic liquid, a test material which is comprised of a metal blank and a coating film formed on the metal blank, and allowing a DC current to flow between the metal blank and an electrode in the electrolytic liquid while reversing the polarity of the metal blank alternately from positive to negative and vice versa, thereby causing the coating film to be at least partly peeled off the metal blank in one state of polarity and promoting corrosion of the metal blank in the reversed state of polarity. The process may also be conducted with a metal blank having a damaged portion of the coating film which exposes a portion of the surface of the metal blank underlying the coating film.

    摘要: A processor outputs a state signal representing the process state toga reset circuit. Upon reception of a reset signal from an external reset switch, the reset circuit outputs the reset signal to the reset terminal of the processor under the condition that the state signal allows a reset operation. The reset circuit also has a counter for starting a count operation upon reception of an externally input reset signal. Even when the processor is in a runaway state and cannot output the state signal for allowing the reset operation, a forced reset signal is supplied to the processor after a predetermined time is counted by the counter.

    摘要: An electronic device maintains data utilizing a ferroelectric memory, not requiring a backup power source voltage. Data such as schedule data and telephone number data is stored in a ferroelectric RAM which switches between a dynamic mode and a nonvolatile mode. When a clock mode is designated by a "CLK" key, a memory control circuit causes the ferroelectric RAM to be switched to the nonvolatile mode to maintain the data stored therein. When a schedule mode or a telephone mode is designated by means of a "Sch" key or a "Tel" key, the ferroelectric RAM is switched to the nonvolatile mode to write/read data therein/therefrom. When it is detected that a battery voltage is lowered or the battery is removed from the electronic device, the ferroelectric RAM is switched to the nonvolatile mode to protect the stored data.

The seat for anchoring the caster roller comprises a substantially rectangular plate of a predetermined thickness having a cavity with two symmetrical grooves adapted to embrace the opposite sides of the base plate. The cavity at its bottom is provided with two symmetrical slits to form a resilient tongue with a weir positioned in an outer end thereof and adapted to prevent the base plate of the caster roller unit from slipping out the seat.
