摘要: There is provided a bilateral-type door locking handle assembly. In the assembly in a leftward- and a rightward-retractable door unit enabling the assembly of a single type to be mass-produced and enabling reductions in manufacturing cost and a saving of storage space thereof: a left and a right latch plate 25 and 28 are rotatably mounted on fixed pivots 22 and 51, respectively; a lock disk 17 connected with a shaft 14 of a thumb turn 15 is provided with locking blades 18, 48; locking projections 30 and 31 abutting against the blades 18 and 48 are formed in upper shoulders of the latch plates 25 and 28, respectively; a shaft 33 for transmitting torque produced in handles 6, 9 is fitted in an interlocking shaft 35 in which a driving plate 40 is provided; and, a driving projection 39 abutting against a follower 37 of the latch plate 25 and 38 of the latch plate 28 is formed in an upper portion of the driving plate 40.

In the assembly: a left 25 and a right 28 latch plate are supported on pivots 22 and 54, respectively; a lock casing 17 connected with a thumb turn 15 has locking blades 18, 48; locking projections 30 and 31 abutting against the blade 18 are in the plates 25 and 28, respectively; an interlocking shaft 35 receiving torque transmitted from a front 6 and a rear 9 handle has a driving plate 40; a driving projection 39 abutting against the arms 37, 38 is in the plate 40; a locking hole 50 of a core 20 received in a lock casing 17 assumes a regular hexagonal shape in cross-section, provided that one of its six corners forms a curved surface 50a; a locking pin 51 extends from an inner surface of the hole 50; and, a locking projection 53 is in a center of the bottom of the core 20.

摘要: Latch assembly which is free from unlocking accidents, enjoys smooth operations in locking of a wing element and in engaging of a latch arm with a socket member, and properly covers a gap between the wing element and a stationary frame. The gap is resulted from misalignment in assembling of the wing element and the stationary frame. In the assembly: a lever 3 has its base end pivoted to a base plate 1 through a pivot 4; a latch arm 5 has its base end pivoted to the lever 3 through a pivot 6; a locking plate 10 of the plate 1 has a locking socket 14 which is engaged with and disengaged from a front end of a stop member 13 fixed to a rotor 12 of a lock unit 11; a spring 15 has its coiled portion 16 mounted on the pivot 4 to bias the lever 3 upward; a support 30 carries the member 8 movable along a longitudinal direction of the arm 5; and, a spring 36 biases the member 8 away from the pivot 4.

摘要: A ratchet type latch assembly, which can reliably lock a closing member to a stationary frame even if the relative positions of a lockable member and a latch member are shifted. The latch member is pivoted by a pivotal pin to rear end portions of a pair of bearing arms attached to a latch case. A pawl lever is pivoted by a pivotal pin to central portions of the bearing arms. The latch member has an arcuate edge formed on the side of its pivotal pin opposite its guide projection and about its pivotal pin, the arcuate edge being formed with a train of ratchets The pawl lever has its rear end portion provided with a check pawl latch for engagement and disengagement with respect to the ratchet train. The latch lever is urged against the pawl lever by a torsion spring. An operating handle is pivoted to a front plate member of the latch case, and can be lifted manually to release the latch member from the lockable member of the stationary frame.

摘要: It is possible for a fastener lock apparatus to reverse the rotational direction of a handle (4) by simply pulling forward a locking shaft (3) against a resilient force exerted by a spring member (14), and then rotating both the locking shaft (3) and a rotation angle limiting disc (10) relative to a fixed base mount member (1) in a condition in which a rotation permitting shaft portion (18) of the locking shaft (3) is received in a central through-hole (13) of the rotation angle limiting disc 10, wherein the central through-hole (13) of the rotation angle limiting disc 10 assumes a rectangular shape in front view while the rotation permitting shaft portion (18) of the locking shaft (3) assumes a round shape in cross section so as to be capable of being received and rotating in the central through-hole (13) of the rotation angle limiting disc 10.

摘要: There is provided a folding handle assembly in which a handle (6) which is fixedly mounted onto an article (16) for carrying is held in its erected or folded position. A support element (1) has an upper-portion recess (2). Two threaded through-hole (4) extends from a bottom surface (3) of the recess (2) to a rear surface (1a) of the element (1). A bolt (14) has its front-end threaded portion fixedly mounted in the through-hole (4), and receives in its front-end small bore (15) a spring (13) and an engaging piece (12). The handle (6) is provided with concave portions (9a, 9b) in its base-end portion (7), has the portion (7) mounted in the recess (2) of the elements (1), and is pivoted to the element (1) through a pivot (11) passing through both a through-hole (5) of a side surface (1b) of each element (1) and a through-hole (10) of the base-end portion (7) of the handle (6). The engaging piece (12) is urged by the spring (13) so as to have its front-end portion 12a engaged with the concave portions (9a), (9b) of the handle (6).

摘要: In a bolt latch with a minimum number of parts, compact size, lightweight and operable by a snap action: socket 13 is fixable to stationary frame 1; latch body 3 has longitudinal groove 3a and circumferential groove 3b; latch body 3 is fixable to door 2, the groove 3b and is perpendicular to the groove 3a, communicates with and extends from a front end of the groove 3a; bolt 4 is in the latch body and is axially slidable and rotatable on its axis and engages with the socket 13 in locking operation; pin 5 is fixed to the bolt 4 and slidable slidably received in the grooves 3a, 3b; spring 6 linearly urges the bolt 4 to have its front end received in the latch body 3 and rotatably urges it to have the pin 5 received in the groove 3b; and seat 9 is fixed to the body 3 and butts against the pin 5 in an unlocking operation to prevent the bolt 4 from further moving rearward in the body 3.
