    摘要： The invention describes an actuating lever which can be pivoted into a recess, and which, in the pivoted-in position, can be locked in place by means of a key-actuable lock, such as a cylinder lock, wherein the access opening for the key is provided with a cover, secured by means of a pin, wherein according to the invention the cover can be moved along the longitudinal extension of the actuating lever between two end positions, with said cover closing off the access opening in one end position and exposing the access opening in the other end position, and wherein the cover forms an undercut groove, which receives the head of a pin which is secured to the actuating lever.

The handle member (510) comprises at least an outer surface (511) and two side walls (512), each side wall including an opening (513) therein wherein the openings are substantially aligned to define a passageway (513) through the handle member. The supporting frame (520) bears a capture means (521), which capture means is substantially receivable within the handle member and is in substantial alignment with the passageway therethrough when the handle assembly is in the closed condition, such, that to then place the handle assembly in a locked condition, a separate securing means (900) is able to be passed through the passageway and the capture means.

The shuttle is moveable between an engaged position in which the handle is prevented from moving from the closed position to the open position and a disengaged position in which the handle is permitted to move from the closed position to the open position. Upon deenergization of the electrical lock, the shuttle remains in the engaged position if the shuttle was in the engaged position prior to deenergization and the shuttle remains in the unengaged position if the shuttle were in the unengaged position prior to deenergization.
