    摘要: The object of the present invention is to suppress a decrease in the optical function of a sleeve by ensuring that a liquid chemical substance is not apt to remain on a peripheral surface of the sleeve even when the liquid chemical substance enters a connector. The present invention relates to an optical connector which is connected to an optical plug holding an optical fiber to a terminal end of which a ferrule is attached. The optical connector of the present invention has a guide pipe into which a ferrule is inserted and on an inner circumferential surface of which a supporting portion (a convexity) is formed, a light-emitting device, a light-receiving device, and a sleeve which is positioned by the supporting portion and optically connects the light-emitting device, the light-receiving device and the optical fiber. According to the present invention, there is a space between the guide pipe and the sleeve and, therefore, the phenomenon that a chemical substance adheres to a wide area and remains does not occur.

    摘要: The present invention seeks to provide an optical connector with an in-swinging shutter for closing a plug insertion opening of the connector, to avoid interference between the shutter and a plug holding part provided inside a plug insertion hole, to avoid increase in the outer dimensions of the connector by suppressing the accommodating space of the shutter. The in-swinging shutter has a two-piece hinge configuration in combination of a main shutter on the basal side and a sub shutter on the distal side. The sub shutter is hinge-coupled to the opening side end of the main shutter. The main shutter is elastically held at the closed position by a bias spring. The sub shutter is elastically held by another bias spring in a bent state in which it is bent towards the insertion opening side, or in a straightened state extending along the extended line of the basal side shutter.

    摘要: Ferrules are formed to extend from the bottom wall of a recess formed in a front face of an optical plug body such that forward ends of the ferrules are flush with or protrude forwardly of the front face. Forward ends of optical fibers inserted into the ferrules are exposed at forward ends of the ferrules. A ferrule cover is mounted in the recess for sliding over an outer periphery of the ferrules and is biased by a coil spring toward the front face. Movement of the ferrule cover in a forward direction is limited by pawls on the ferrules and locking projections on the body. The ferrule cover has a stop member adapted to abut against a shoulder formed at a window in a peripheral wall of the recess when the ferrule cover is moved in a rearward direction to prevent the ferrule cover from moving beyond a locking position. The forward face of the ferrule cover is positioned forward of forward ends of the ferrules when the ferrule cover is positioned at a locking position to protect the forward ends of the optical fibers. A hinge with a protrusion is provided, and locking by the stop member is released by depression of the protrusion, so the ferrule cover can move rearward to expose forward ends of the ferrules for easily fitting into sleeves of a receptacle.

On a crush plate 120 made of ceramics or the like, a conductor path 130 is formed, for example, in linear or U-shape, and electrodes 131 are provided at both ends. Both ends of the crush plate 120 are inserted into a holder 110 made of plastic or printed board so as to support at both sides. An opening 111 is provided in the holder 110 to expose the electrode 131, thereby obtaining a crush type pressure detecting device 100 of the invention. Terminal plates 140 are connected to the electrodes 131 of this detecting device 100, and the terminal plates 140 are used as mounting members, and are disposed in contact with the object to be detected, for example, the outer wall of a housing 210 of a rechargeable battery 200. One terminal plate 140 is connected to the current collector in the housing 210, and other terminal plate 140 is left over outside the housing as an output electrode 240, and the rechargeable battery 200 having the crush type pressure detecting device 100 according to the invention is obtained.

    摘要: The invention relates to a computer mouse which is one kind of coordinate input devices for a computer, and more particularly to a computer mouse which is suitably used for a portable computer. The mouse has: a thin mouse case in which an upper face portion opposing a palm when the mouse is used is formed into a downward-concaved shape; and a plate-like member having a shape which extends along the downward-concaved upper face of the mouse case, and the plate-like member is attachable to the downward-concaved upper face of the mouse case in both an upward-convex direction and a downward-concave direction. When the mouse is to be used, the plate-like member is attached in the upward-convex manner to the downward-concaved upper face of the mouse case, and, when the mouse is to be carried, the plate-like member is attached in the downward-concave manner to the downward-concaved upper face of the mouse case, thereby realizing compaction of the mouse in which the original shape and size of the mouse are reproducible.
