    摘要: There is provided an optical connector adapted to be used as an optical input terminal or optical output terminal. A plug guide hole passing through a generally square-shaped insulation body is formed. An element folder for accommodating an optical element is made of a sheet metal. The element holder comprises a top plate, opposed side plates and a rear plate covering the top surface, the opposed side surfaces and the rear surface of the optical element mounted in the element holder, and a size between the inner surfaces of the opposed side plates is set to a value substantially equal to the maximum value of the corresponding external size of the optical element. In addition, tongues for resiliently sandwiching and holding the optical element are formed in the opposed side plates of the element holder, respectively, and there is provided on the rear plate of the element holder biasing force applying means for applying to the optical element a resilient biasing force that acts, when the element holder is attached to the rear end of the insulation body, to forcedly push the front surface of the optical element mounted in the element holder against the rear end surface of the insulation body.

    摘要: An optical connector socket includes: a body having an insertion section in which a socket-side optical element is arranged and into which an optical connector plug is inserted; a cover, covered on the body, having an opening communicated with the insertion section; a shutter, openably/closably attached to the cover, for closing the opening; and a herical spring for elastically urging the shutter in a constant-closing direction. The opening is larger than an outside dimension of the optical connector plug inserted into the cover and smaller than that of the shutter. Therefore, there is no light leakage and dust intrusion, the socket can be attached to a device or a wall so as to direct an opening toward a front face without a cap, and an inspection in a state where the socket is assembled in an electronic device can be performed without attaching/detaching the cap to/from the socket.

    摘要: To enable soldering with high efficiency, high temperature and short time or reflow soldering without using baking or moisture-proof packaging. An optical device which is placed at a side of distal end of plug inserted into a body is mounted on a surface of printed wiring board, and connected via the printed wiring board to a main substrate to which an optical connector is mounted. The printed wiring board is formed of the same material as a transparent resin package of the optical device. The printed wiring board is inserted into the body from the upper surface side opposite to the surface to which the optical connector is mounted, and fixed thereto. Alternatively, the printed wiring board is inserted into the body from the rear surface side opposite to the side at which the plug is inserted, and fixed thereto.

    摘要: An optical connector with a shutter is provided which has functions of, when a plug (P) is not inserted, preventing dust from entering through an insertion and extraction port (12), and preventing light from leaking through the insertion and extraction port (12). In the invention, a shutter (5) is placed in an insertion space (13) of the body (1) in which an optical device (2) is disposed, and the shutter (5) is elastically urged in a closing direction. The shutter (5) is attached to a support shaft (4) which is placed in the vacant space (15) on a lateral side of the insertion and extraction port (12). When the plug (P) is not inserted, the shutter (5) closes the insertion and extraction port (12) to prevent ingress of dust and light leakage from occurring. The axial direction of the support shaft (4) coincides with the thickness direction of the body, whereby the height of the optical connector with a shutter can be reduced.

On a crush plate 120 made of ceramics or the like, a conductor path 130 is formed, for example, in linear or U-shape, and electrodes 131 are provided at both ends. Both ends of the crush plate 120 are inserted into a holder 110 made of plastic or printed board so as to support at both sides. An opening 111 is provided in the holder 110 to expose the electrode 131, thereby obtaining a crush type pressure detecting device 100 of the invention. Terminal plates 140 are connected to the electrodes 131 of this detecting device 100, and the terminal plates 140 are used as mounting members, and are disposed in contact with the object to be detected, for example, the outer wall of a housing 210 of a rechargeable battery 200. One terminal plate 140 is connected to the current collector in the housing 210, and other terminal plate 140 is left over outside the housing as an output electrode 240, and the rechargeable battery 200 having the crush type pressure detecting device 100 according to the invention is obtained.
