摘要: This specification describes technologies relating to inferring interactions with advertisers. In general, one aspect of the subject matter described in this specification can be embodied in methods that include providing an online advertisement to a system, receiving data from the system indicating an interaction of the system with the online advertisement and data indicating a subsequent interaction of the system with an online resource of an advertiser associated with the online advertisement, and inferring that an advertisement conversion has occurred based on the received data. Other embodiments of this aspect include corresponding systems, apparatus, and computer program products.

摘要: Disclosed is a mixture to create expandable curing bladders for use in the curing process of rubber compositions such as tires. The bladders have an increased service with the addition of the aramid fibers to the rubber polymer. The aramid fibers increase the tear resistance of the cured product allowing for an increased number of expansions and contractions of the rubber polymer during the curing process. The use of these aramid fibers allows the tire curing bladders to cure more tires without changing out the bladder increasing the cost efficiency of the tire curing bladder.

摘要: A brace for use in tilt-up construction is disclosed. The brace includes a bottom surface and a vertical side surface. The bottom surface of the brace is affixed to a permanent horizontal surface (e.g., a slab) in a manner that allows the brace to be removed without damaging the permanent horizontal surface. The vertical side surface of the brace is attached to a concrete pour form. The bottom surface of the brace is affixed to the permanent horizontal surface using an adhesive. Alternatively, a shoe is attached to the permanent horizontal surface and the brace sits in the shoe. A flange is releasably securable with the brace to batter the form when the flange is place in contact therewith. Alternatively, the shoe has an upwardly extending inclined ramp that is operable to orient the brace so that the vertical side surface of the brace is disposed at a battering angle to batter the form.

摘要: The present invention is a combined image viewing, drawing, and reporting system, which provides: an easy way to access digital images while creating a digital drawing; and an automated method of creating medical reports by translating the drawing data into standard reports. The present invention system provides automated medical drawings and creates medical reports as a result of translating drawing results. The system provides invaluable tools for drawing, diagnosing and treating ophthalmic and/or other types of diseases by generating an automated translation report based on the physician drawing. Customized reports (e.g., a medical drawing report, a referral note, a medical letter, billing based information, a proofsheet for the patient chart, etc.) can be added by the user. A physician can design a format for a report via system utility tools. The present invention may be a stand-alone system, and/or connected to a network.

摘要: A pump with variant strokes has a body, a piston assembly and a decelerating member. The body and the decelerating member are respectively mounted adjacent to the piston assembly. A holder is mounted in the piston assembly and has multiple openings. When the decelerating member is driven to rotate and engages one of the openings in the holder, the piston assembly can move back and forth. Adjusting the decelerating member to connect to different one of the openings of the holder to form different rotating diameters can adjust the strokes of the present invention to provide different pressure and flow capacity.

摘要: A method is described for characterizing defects on a test surface of a semiconductor wafer using a confocal-microscope-based automatic defect characterization (ADC) system. The surface to be tested and a reference surface are scanned using a confocal microscope to obtain three-dimensional images of the test and reference surfaces. The test and reference images are converted into sets of geometric constructs, or “primitives,” that are used to approximate features of the images. Next, the sets of test and reference primitives are compared to determine whether the set of test primitives is different from the set of reference primitives. If such a difference exists, then the difference data is used to generate defect parameters, which are then compared to a knowledge base of defect reference data. Based on this comparison, the ADC system characterizes the defect and estimates a degree of confidence in the characterization.

摘要: Less-restrictive techniques are provided for ensuring that replicated-data systems will never provide out-of-date version of data items. A replicated-data system maintains (1) a version number, (3) a membership group identifier, and (6) a membership count, with each replica of a data item. These values are maintained in such a way as to allow the replicated-data system to reliably satisfy some read requests even though half, or less than half, of the replicas of the data item are available.
